We liked every thing ..so Quit place and so privacy and clean ..they have app u can download and make any request from the reception..you don't have to get out or u don't have to be there ..its really nice and new experience for us ..lovely and nice staff 👍 whenever I am going to Phukit for sure I will come to the bell pool villa ..

One thing that u should take care ofit that there is no mart or 7/11 or any small mart or restaurant near you ..so make sure u buy everything u need before u come back to ur place ...

The whole villa was exceptional! Extremely clean and tidy! The private pool is the best .. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite especially Melodi!

Location was a bit further out but if you rent a scooter you should be fine .

Everything was great and excellent.

The food and drink menu should contain more varieties and dishes.

Tha garden is amazing with the private poll. The decoration of the bedroom is one of a kind

Amazing atmosphere. Beautiful rooms. HUGE pool! Very clean. Staff are super fast to respond to any requests. They assisted with trip arrangements and transportation so efficiently. We tried the alacarte menu for lunch and the daily breakfast. We really enjoyed the food. Can’t wait to be back for future visits! There was a sweet surprise for my daughter’s birthday when we arrived .

Quite remote location but that wasn’t really a concern because we enjoyed the peace and quiet and were able to go everywhere via taxi. The pool water could get quite cold early in the morning but warmed nicely by the afternoon and that surely didn’t stop us from enjoying it!

We had exceptionally good experience. Before we arrived Melody communicated with us over WhatsApp and assisted with fast-track service and transfer which I recommend to anyone. They meet and greet us and accompanied us to our villa where our food was waiting for us which I asked to prepare for our arrival time! Villa is spacious, have everything you need and feels luxurious with all tropical plants and trees which is taken care very well as well as pool. It is super nice to wake up with birds singing around. Btw with breakfast included we were getting breakfast delivered right to our villa every morning which feels very nice! Special shout out amazing friendly helpful staff like Melody who was helping literally with any question and helped with all our requests very promptly! Also have to mention how convenient and user friendly their App where you can order food, book activities, communicate with hotel staff and much much more..

I loved the privacy of the Villa with the private pool. The location although a bit far from FantaSea and fruit market but ot is perfect. The staff were really friendly and very hospitable and tend to your every need. Hotel shuttle is available on an hourly basis but doesn't go further than Kamala District where the hotel resides. You cannorder a taxi or uber. It is very quiet, calm and peaceful at the hotel. The breakfast menu is really good (pre selection no buffet) but for Muslims you need to ask for Halal food as some food contain ham, pork or bacon. You can also order from outside if you want to have other types of food from Grab application. This was really a great experience for me and my family and I highly recommend people to choose this hotel. It is great for couples too. Really exceeded my expectations. The Staff was exceptional. They have an App through which you communicate with the Support Team and can order any food, drink, massage, transportation etc. You name it and it can be done by chatting on the App !! So if you are looking for privacy, less human interaction and time with your family or your gang and yet expect a 100 percent efficiency, Bell Pool Villa is the place 👍🏻
