During dinner at the restaurant, the waiter attempted deception by claiming the water wasn't complimentary. When I requested a receipt for the water, he stated none was available. Eventually, he suggested considering it free if I couldn't pay. Such conduct is inappropriate and amounts to theft.

The hotel was comfortable overall. Employees were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and close to touristic spots. Food was good but there could be more varieties. Animation and music were good.

Indoor swimming pool was open for a limited period only from 12pm to 3pm.

There was a smaller pool just for the adults away from the larger kids/adults pool, there where waiters everywere taking drinks orders, the food was really good. very clean rooms

everybody expects a tip not during the stay but before you left. They didn't tell me I needed my receipt to change my Dinars back to Sterling

Me and my family had the most incredible 10-night stay at the Médina Belisaire and Thalasso hotel, and it was an experience we’ll never forget! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. We checked it earlier than we expected the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and quick check-in process. They went out of their way to assist us and got us rooms as quick as they can. I would like to say a huge thanks to DJ Foued he made us feel at home and his service was excellent and he was super welcoming. Me, my family and especially my kids were very fond of his service and he went above and beyond to assist us. He really made our stay special and I don’t think we’ll ever forget that experience. Thanks to him if we visit Tunisia again we will be coming to stay at Médina Belisaire and Thalasso hotel and recommending the hotel to all our friends and family. I would also like to give thanks to the entertainment team Bobo, Jambo, Viky, Mimi, Lamya and the rest of the team and staff of the hotel for their outstanding customer service. Whenever I came to eat with my family or attended the shows. The animation team were exceptional — so polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The staff were very attentive and friendly, ensuring a warm welcome and great hospitality. They truly made the experience unforgettable. Their energy and enthusiasm kept everyone engaged and having fun. Each member brought something special, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunisia. Thank you

I really loved my stay at Medina Belisaire. This wasn’t my first time at the hotel, but it was my first time visiting during the summer, and the experience was even more incredible. Everything I needed was available on site, so I barely had to leave the hotel. The property is spotless: the rooms, pools, gardens, restaurants, and bars are all extremely well maintained. There’s also a lovely, fresh scent that you can smell throughout the entire hotel, not just in the reception, I forgot to ask what it is, but it really added to the relaxing vibe. One of the things I appreciated most was how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was, it was exactly what my husband and I needed for a restful getaway. I also noticed how thoughtful the hotel is with small details: for example, there were gnat traps placed discreetly in the garden areas, which made evenings outside much more enjoyable. The staff were all incredibly kind and professional, from the receptionists and waiters to the housekeeping staff and the animation team. Everyone played a role in keeping the resort clean and welcoming. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and even there, everything is well organized, with a beach bar and a very attentive lifeguard. One day the sea was particularly rough, and I was impressed to see the lifeguard take real action to ensure everyone's safety. Also a big shout out to the whole entertainment team! Honestly there’s nothing to complain about.

7 of us stayed here for 7 nights and it was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive to our needs - and genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed not just our stay in the hotel but also got to explore Tunisia in a safe and enjoyable way. Samir was our host and made the entire trip so seamless for us, booking us transport when needed and also suggesting things to do, thank you so much. The restaurant staff were SO kind - especially the restaurant manager. He and his staff would always check up on us to make sure we were ok and had everything we wanted throughout our stay and were wonderful to chat to. The waitstaff would even question if we'd had a meal if we would skip dinner at the hotel and go out to eat - so we felt incredibly looked after especially as it was our first time outside of Europe without our parents. Pool was nice and clean, and I liked the food - lots of variety so bound to find something you like. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is perfect - walking distance to the private beach you get access to, as well as to the medina. Staying here also includes free entry to Carthage land and aqua land as they own those too so win win! Would love to come back soon, thank you!

The hotel employees were very kind and hospitable. The food at the restaurant was impeccable

Internet network was very poor The SPA and Thalasso therapy centre inside the hotel was a disaster. Not sure if owners / senior managers are aware of what's going on there or they just don't care. Anyways, the whole experience was terrible and it was not worth the money I paid. I don't recommend anyone to go there (L'Olympe thalasso ).

Clean and well maintained hotel. The main pool is big with many activities and games to play and music during the day. The other pool is located on the side of the hotel, ideal for people preferring more private and quiet spaces. Beach is around 3min walk from the hotel. There are sun beds available. Water activities are available at the beach at additional cost. Good variety of tasty food, however the dining room gets very crowded and sometimes there’s no clean table to sit at. For all inclusive, there is a possibility to book a dinner at two other restaurants (Moroccan and Mediterranean) located in hotel Solaris and Diar Lemdina, which is also amazing options for people wanting to explore ever larger variety of cuisines. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Most rooms have nice view of either main or side pool. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed every day. To sum up, the hotel is great and would definitely recommend the stay. Both people who are looking for quiet holidays or those who prefer more active holidays would enjoy their vacations.

The facilities, the variety of food and especially how nice the food was. We were definitely surprised about the food, the selection of food for breakfast lunch and dinner was just truly great. The location is great as there are many things around. The sizing of the rooms were great and clean. the staff were incredible. we can’t even explain how nice and helpful they were! The staff had made this trip one of the best trips we had yet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, can’t thank the place enough foaming this trip great.
