Hotel was beautiful and clean smelled lovely every day

The security staff wouldn't allow us to bring water an crisp into the hotel, tried to take our snacks, argued with my boyfriend over no outside food and drink to be brought into the hotel. Was not specified in the booking information that things would be confiscated at the gate

Welcoming staff, mainly Mohamed ( Rouge ) at the restaurant and the main chef were exceptional, they went the extra mile to accommodate the need of their clients, the food was great with excellent variety of local dishes. Reception staff are nice as well as the chambermaid Hayat and the life guard Yassine, I would say everyone was nice at this hotel. The entertainment staff, the musician etc... all great. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We had 2 rooms , one of them had water leaking from the air-conditioning but it was swiftly repaired by the maintenance team. Great swimming pool with daily sports activities. We have enjoyed the water polo everyday. The hotel has a 5 min walk private beach. Also very helpful members of staff at the beach bar/restaurant too Great place to spend 1 or 2 weeks.

The air-conditioning could be a bit more stronger, but I can understand probably the high temperature can affect that..

Everything! Firstly the excellent Receptionist, Muhammad & Islem, The Restaurant's Staff, Muhammad, Bassem, Lotfi, Imed the Chef, Howda the Room Cleaner, & they have there own Beach Aera, all the Staff are great , Super value per Night, food wonderful, Food & cold Beers at your own Beach Umbrella ! Lovely places to sit outside in the evening, around the Pool, ( very Large) a very nice Bar, Breakfast can be eaten outside! Lots of various fresh Fruit every day, delicious Omletts, Salads, Cakes, good Coffee, Tunisia Local Foods, even a Large Roast Turkey one day ! There's a Massage, Small Gym, indeed Pool, all the Aeras of the Hotel are kept very clean! Beach is a 5 min, walk ! Lastly, this Hotel is Adults Only! Phew!

A Very Noisy Family Hotel next Door! But they close down around 23,30 ! So, it's not Hotel Floras fault !

- very big variety of foods to choose and very good quality of dishes on the breakfast and to the dinner - very friendly and helpfull stuff - spacious room, comfortable beds - warm indors pool - large parking place - very secure place - cosy and calm atmosphere in the hotel

- drinks to the already paid dinner must be paid additionaly

Nice and friendly staff at the reception, restaurant, bar, outdoor bar, cleaners, lifeguard and the management. Variety of the buffet every night. The place is few minutes walk from the beach and medina. Many options of restaurants are near the hotel. But we preferred to get the food for lunch from the outdoor bar. We choose to stay 2 more days. And hope to come back. Thank you.

Beds. But I get use to it on second day.

This is mine and my husband’s third or fourth time staying here. It is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. It is definitely perfect for a couples being that it is for adults only it’s quiet but they do have activities. They have a hookah lounge a bar a spa. It is clean the staff is pleasant we weren’t happy they have animation now because its a hotel for adults and mostly couples we didn’t want to be bothered to do activities we just wanted to relax although I will say DeeDee that was there doing animation was such a sweetheart and had a great personality! We still love the place the price is unbeatable

The bed was not comfortable this time and the linens were a disappointment there was no fitted sheet on the bed just 2 flat sheets so when you moved the sheets move it definitely disrupted our sleep because under was a mattress cover that was a plastic feel so all night we were walking up to cover the bed again . My husband asked the housekeeper she said that’s all she had . We stayed for 2 weeks so not having a comfortable place to sleep for that long was not great. Also I had messaged back and forth with reception to get the room we always get ad they ensured me that the room was ours when we arrived it wasn’t and the receptionist dismissed me quickly so we took another room

For everything included it is super cheap if you come with euros and dollars but l think even in Tunisia it is affordable, we chose lunch and dinner included, the food was good, not cold, they have plate warmers, microwave,fire under dishes, the buffet was good, of course we can't like everything it is another cuisine, the soups with harissa was not my taste for example but impossible to stay hungry they also make pizza on the spot, it is a little old building yes but doesn't mean it is dirty, just old, we had a balcony, there is a fridge in the room ,bathroom clean, massage was good we had a good hammam and a one hour massage paid 50 euros for both , pool was warm and clean, the lobby etc is big and lots of places to rest, a few minutes away from Medina and the Carthage land, markets and restaurants around, from the center we came by taxi and paid 3 euros only, use bolt to call taxis . Overall we were very pleased., don't expect a 300 euro all included 5 stars hotel, l don't understand the bad comments.

No slippers in the room, no biggie just bring your own. No drinks at dinner but they give a litre of water to very table for me enough , at breakfast there are juices tea and coffee.

The property is simple and nice, surrounded by greenery of all sorts, not very crouded, good for people searching for peace of mind, people with some stress to relieve. The highlight of the property is the staff working with a lot of kindness and sympathy, it reflects the tunisian side of always welcoming people, I personally found the pool life guard and the property animator so welcoming and sympathetic.

- Music playlist was playing day and night with the same musics, again and again. - I would have preferred some no music moments, the atmosphere is so relaxing that you don’t want to hear anything except people talking water flowing and the wind.

I just spent 2 weeks at hotel flora park and it’s been a very positive experience. The hotel is situated near the beach and has a few eateries and cafe near by. The staff were amazing and professional always smiling and look after their guests very well. You can see they are all dedicated at the work they do and make sure the guest is comfortable at the hotel. Although a small hotel however the service was top notch. They all spoke English very well and had great communication skills. The property is extremely clean and the room was very spacious. The food was fresh and very tasty which i enjoyed the most. The Bar was equiped with all different beverages and the bar staff were very professional while making the guest very welcome. I loved the adalusian style of the property especially the pool area where you get to chill in the sun and relax with some peace and quietness. The hotel is so peaceful that you truely get a relaxing holiday. My overall stay felt like being at home away from home and when i do visit Tunisia again i will choose to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality - from all my travels this would have been the highlight of my trip.

nothing - everything was perfect

Hard-working, thoughtful staff at Flora Park are a credit to themselves and the hotel management/owners. Hard to single out one, but, if pressed, it would have to be Almira, a key member of the reception team. A winning smile and nothing too much trouble. At meal times, the choice and quality of food couldn't be faulted and you always got the sense in the restaurant that the chefs and the rest of the team were very proud of how and what they served up to guests. Everywhere in the hotel, including my spacious bedroom, generous sun-facing balcony and large bathroom (with big bath and separate toilet), was kept spotlessly clean. Finally, laundry service best I've experienced anywhere in the world. Garments returned washed and pressed with 4 hours.

Not a dislike, merely an observation. The building that houses the hotel was built in the grand style with, of course, commensurate upkeep these days in terms of fault-fixing and maintenance. Before I booked, I read some complaints about things going wrong. Didn't put me off either booking the hotel or at all during my stay - and the strong positives of being in such a beautiful and relaxing place, with cheerful, capable staff far outweighed any minor inconveniences.
