Lovely family holiday, couldn’t fault anything.

Slight niggles, not complaints: 1. The lift in 5000 area. Everyday there was 1 if not both not working. 2. The food was great but I would suggest maybe that one area perhaps had a different theme per day of week as the food became monotonous eg Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Spanish, Japanese and French or British. 3. The A la carte should have different food than the buffet or else there’s no point. 4. Snacks- Apart from ice cream and nuts there were none. It would have been good to have crisps for example. 5. Music around pool was too loud in daytime

Someone has peed in the pool in front of the people ,, we told the observer and he said it is ok no problem !!!!!

Very nice resort with wonderfull service staff.

A lot of noise from door slaming, too loud music till late in night, guests talking laud and screaming kids on hallways. Hotel should put signs to be quiet and adjust door closures to close it slowly without slamming doors. Also Reception needs to be more polite at check in and show the map as well as explain how to get to the room and not just say wait for bellboy and its not my job.

The maid folded something out of towels every day, and I folded something back in return — a snake, a snail, a boat. On the last day, she made us something like this and placed a note inside, saying thank you.

What I didn’t like was that each bartender made the cocktails differently at the bars — no matter which one you went to, the same cocktail tasted completely different. There was also something wrong with our air conditioning. It would often blow cold air for 30 seconds, then stop for 30 seconds, and kept repeating this pattern, sometimes all night long

We had a great stay at Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Topkapi Palace. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of activities and entertainment to enjoy.

That said, this is definitely a family-focused resort. There are lots of children around, and it can get quite lively. If you're a couple looking for peace, quiet, or a more private, romantic experience, this might not be the ideal choice. But overall, if you're okay with a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere, it's a fantastic place to stay.

All the staff from the hotel were amazing, very helpful, and professional during the whole stay. The entertainment team developed a lot of different activities during the day and live music and shows every night. The best part of the stay was the food, absolutely delicious and so different. We tried the à la carte Turkish restaurants and the main restaurant as well, which were amazing. We really appreciate the security team; we felt safe during the whole stay. Our room was in building no. 3, a little bit far from the beach; however, it was very quiet.

As it was at the beginning of the season, they worked on the beach pontoon, and some time was noisy. We were unable to relax because the SPA was crowded with children and somewhat unclean, which disappointed me. Additionally, Scrub for Peeling cost 40 euros. We felt that the costs were excessive for the services provided.

I loved the beach it was spacious and the deck was very clean and beautiful The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was good. The Ac worked well in the room. Swimming pool was clean and spacious.

The entertainment could of been better almost every night they had live music which was loud and boring in my opinion. The bed was not very comfortable and small. I asked to connect my son's PlayStation to the Tv they did not allow me. Last year I stayed in Belek beach resorts and the hotel sent someone from IT department just to help us with this issue which was great but unfortunately they did not allow us to do this in this hotel.

Amazing place in my opinion. You have basically everything inside the resort. It’s nice and quiet in the hotel rooms with every day cleaning and also refilling the mini bar on a daily basis :)) All of the restaurants are cooled and offer big diversity of food which is delicious. You can always find a place by the pool, the pier or the beach itself (in mid June). There is different kind of entertainment every night and a good shisha place located at the main square. As a whole very nice, quiet and clean resort to experience a quality summer vacation. Highly recommend this place and would come back for sure.
