We just LOVED EVERYTHING about this hotel. Especially the food! :) We couldn’t wait till our lunches and dinners, haha, food was really amazing. Our room had an incredible view to the ski slope, was so cool to see from your window people skiing so close :) Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is just perfect. Room was warm and clean. It’s just a perfect hotel for skiing.

One of the best turkish "all inclusive" deal - free ski pass + full boarding + ski from the door of hotel. Staff is really helpful, promptly available to fulfill your request. Rooms are clean and either new or freshly renovated. Really enjoyed Uludag, hotel and environment. Hotel's location is one of the best. Buffet was widely represented by turkish cuisine - cheese, pickles, meat, vegetables, honey and amazing tasty turkish portakal

- could not get free parking due to heavy snow - in-house ski rental was really convenient, however my last half day was ruined sinced rental reps counted rental days differently than he promised but i pretty sure rental service is not related to Kervansaray ..so make sure you get proof of agreement

location staff clean

the room temperature was so high and i told the reception but they were not able to do anything. that was not comfortable at all. the laundry service is a bit expensive.

The full board package is to die for, the food is amazing and the staff are very accomodating and friendly. The location is perfect for skiing and all other excursions. The staff are amazing and helpful, always trying their best to make your stay as fun and easy as possible.

When we arrived at the Hotel, our bags were meant to be sent to our room, after an hour I decided to go down and retrieve it myself, to find it in the same place I had left it when I had entered. There was also no electricity running in our room at all, when I mentioned it to reception, nothing was done about it. It had taken until the evening when we had to approach the reception for a 3rd time until someone had sent a technician.

1) the price for the room was little bit high 2) during the check out had to take the luggage by own 3) room check in time was 2pm but it was not ready till 230pm 4)

All documentations including the hotel's program are in Turkish language. It was difficult for us to understand and enjoy the program No night activities No indoor activities such as pool table or others

The staff was so nice. They responded to every questions we had, they even helped us with the transport. The hotel have everything: a mini-bar, a ski station, they even give you a free pass for the chair lift. It was very clean, very comfy to stay in and another thank you for the personal !!!!
