I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I had the pleasure of getting to know the Managers, Mr. Alper and the Night Manager Mr. Günay – both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A big thank you also goes to the entire reception team, who were always kind, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed. I’d especially like to mention Mrs. Ilayda and Mr. Orhan for their outstanding service and friendliness – they truly made our stay even more enjoyable and funny! 😁 Looking forward to coming back again!

We encountered a problem with the room temperature. Mr. Mohamed Ali (the hotel manager) immediately upgraded our room to a suite with an excellent temperature within a quarter of an hour or less. I was comfortable in my room, and he called constantly to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. He dealt with us in a professional manner (he deserves his position). I would definitely like to deal with him again. I would recommend working with him to anyone who encountered a problem during their stay, as he is experienced in resolving problems and is careful not to inconvenience the guest. People like him make guests want to come back again. In general, the staff is responsive to any inconvenience and is quick to respond. They offer free valet parking. The outdoor pool is beautiful.

the first room we checked in smelled VERY BAD, like there is something wrong with the sewage system in the room. next morning, we had to change the room because the maintenance team failed to solve the issue. the other room was OK. ( I learned from the housekeeping that some rooms smell very bad all year and many guests refuse to stay in them)

We had an absolutely amazing stay, and we want to start by giving special recognition to Ilyada, who was the most helpful and sweetest with our 7-year-old son. She made him feel so comfortable and happy throughout our stay, and her kindness truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, and we are so grateful for her care and attention. The rest of the staff were also incredible. Hulya from the kitchen greeted us warmly every day and made sure everything was perfect. Dolya was so kind and attentive. At the coffee place, Ismailou made our visits there so enjoyable. Ismet, Selin, Bugra, Sanam, and Bahar were all equally wonderful, always greeting us with smiles and providing excellent service. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. Even though there was occasionally a language barrier, the staff did an excellent job using translation tools, and many of them spoke very good English, which made everything so much easier. The café and restaurants were fantastic—every meal was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. On top of that, the staff gave us great recommendations about local activities and nearby malls, making it easier for us to explore and enjoy the area. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Ilyada for her outstanding care and to the entire team for making our stay so special. We highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and wonderful people!

* Eye pleasing oval-shaped 20+ floor building. The reception lobby and restaurants looked gorgeous, as expected of a nice hotel, while the outdoor pool, though closed for the season, seemed perfect for summer. * The Basement 2 gym was the best I’ve ever used at a 5 star or any hotel class. It features spin and weight rooms, over 20 cardio machines, strength-training machines, benches and bars. Spin classes and personal training are available. As someone who works out while traveling, I appreciated the fully equipped gym, uncrowded during my three visits. * Beautiful, large semi-Olympic indoor pool with a lap lane, free section, hot tub, and kids' pool. * Basement levels boast a captivating artificial floral display, mimicking a garden. Once a real botanical garden, it now adds a visually appealing touch. Running a 10K on a treadmill felt enjoyable with this view. * The kids loved the gender-separate dry sauna, steam room, and adventure showers, themed like a tropical thunderstorm. Spacious locker rooms with digital locks added convenience. * There’s also an ice bucket room (not operational), a game room with video games and VR (we had trouble locating it), and a hairdresser on Basement 2, where I got an excellent $33 haircut. * The front desk staff were exceptionally polite, especially Busra who went above and beyond to address multiple issues with rooms. Very friendly lady at front desk in the evenings who assisted with check in also offered complimentary water each day. * The breakfast buffet was delightful, with options like honeycomb which I used in my oatmeal. The lunch and dinner grill offered unique dishes like pistachio kebab, reflecting Turkish cuisine's love of pistachios. * The reasonably priced coffee and pastry shop rounded out an exceptional stay.

* The location was 45 minutes from tourist attractions; area around property not pedestrian friendly, which I knew in advance and was prepared for. * We faced issues with room temperature control & ceiling/window leaking water during a rainstorm, but staff was friendly and prompt in addressing. * Game room could not be located due poor lighting on B1 level, and signage to it was unclear * WiFi policy was restrictive, allowing only one device per person. * Sleek and modern but thoroughly confusing capacitive touch light switches. * No water dispenser on each floor. * Flooring, amenities and finish of each of the 6 rooms we stayed in varied wildly from average to stellar.

The hotel is extremely well presented and has everything you could wish for or need for your stay. There is a very well appointed spa and gym area, which we used every day. Which is not like some other very small hotel gyms you can find. It has a large range of high quality equipment, spin studio and much more. The breakfast had a very wide variety of food which was ideal and all the food was well presented and delicious. Everything you could want as option for breakfast was available. The rooms where much nicer than other hotels we have stayed in at the past, beds are comfortable and all the amenities are already in the room. Lastly the staff at this hotel have been amazing and have made the stay very enjoyable and effortless for us, especially Birsen who went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Istanbul

This exceptional value hotel is readily and comfortably accesible vía Uber to any visitor destination, however far away, Asian side or European. Breakfast cost was well in line with the extensive international selections offered. Two very engaging front-desk staff members, Birsen and Gagla, were absolutely delightful in their advocacy for our review. And they earned it! I was last in Istanbul in maybe 1979 and the likes of Gagla and Birsen, had we met back then, would have readily drawn me back on any planned itinerary in the Eastern Med…

I prolonged my stay at Elite hotel since I really liked it. The architecture of the hotel, interior design, facilities and staff are five star which makes a great feeling. Sanaz, Mehrdad and Fazel were exceptionally nice and it was great to have Persian speakers while staying at the hotel. The other staff were also very kind and caring. We used the sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pools everyday which was great. I recommend the hotel for family stay and relaxation.
