First of all, the staff are very respectful, especially Mr. Serhat, the hotel manager, who only cares about the comfort of the guest. It is close to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and Galata Tower. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
Really I like everything there,just one thing the swimming pool time I suggest that the swimming pool be allowed to be used at any time and not just until 7pm. Otherwise, everything is perfect

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and warm. Kitchen, cleaning, facility staff are doing their best. The administrator Serhat is just guest oriented, professional team leader.
Overall hotel condition is good. Just room needs small refreshments and fixes.

The location was excellent!!!! The staff were incredibly helpful & polite and made my stay and introduction to Istanbul wonderful! The breakfast area had a spectacular view!!
The outdoor pool was empty and some of the rooms a little tired. But…… the location & staff as well as view from the terrace at night made up for all of that!!!!

THE ROOMS ALSO HAVE GREAT TREATS, A STUNNING TERRACE POOL AND SITTING AREA. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and offers a warm environment. Kitchen, cleaning and facility staff do their best. Manager Serhat is only guest oriented, professional team leader.

location amazing
The hotel has an okay location, but I chose this hotel because of the restaurant, which close out and many other places in the hotel were closed or unavailable for use.
