It was a cozy hotel , a real value for money. English speaking staff were very kind and helpful & make your comfortable. It was clean and accessible to shops. The pictures on Booking.com were almost the same as the hotel. Prime location 10 20 minutes from Taksim squre

Very noisy early in the morning. The rooftop studio had no microwave and the shower did not work. But the shower was fixed very quickly, within 20 minutes of my complaint to the reception.

The street where the hotel is located has a steep slope. This is common in many parts of Istanbul, but it might be hard for older guests.

The staff was very kind and professional. 😊 The hotel was located about 1.5 km from the Taksim square. The apartment was spacious. AC and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel needs a thorough cleaning. The area is very noisy. Parking is on the street, and the street is very steep.

Very good location need to Taksim square Friendly staff, MOHAMMAD and Nasir was very helpful during our 2 1/2 weeks stay Housekeeping stuff was very helpful too, and we have no problem whatsoever But not good for older people because it’s on the hill

Clean , staff were friendly, balcony was imagin , location is quite and 10 min walking from Taqsim square, overall it is the best and suitable hotel for families

There is a very attentive staff who is ready to help with any problems. The rooms are cleaned, clean. There are many windows in the room, there are air conditioners, a kitchen with dishes, there is an elevator and automatic blinds on the windows for a quiet life. There is a supermarket nearby. In general, I really liked it!!! The price and quality are super!

Friendly staff, comfortable stay

It's located near a very steep hill, not very close to public transportation, the walk is painful

Staff behavior was very good, the best thing is they understand and speak English very well which we found in Turkey 🇹🇷 very rare. Suit was very clean 👌. It was worth of money if you're looking for a budget stay.

Noises were coming in the morning and a bit on uphill.

I appreciated every day and time.
