The pictures on Booking.com were almost the same as the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean.

The street where the hotel is located has a steep slope. This is common in many parts of Istanbul, but it might be hard for older guests.

Clean , staff were friendly, balcony was imagin , location is quite and 10 min walking from Taqsim square, overall it is the best and suitable hotel for families

The location not easy for all to walk, but it was perfect for me and family

There is a very attentive staff who is ready to help with any problems. The rooms are cleaned, clean. There are many windows in the room, there are air conditioners, a kitchen with dishes, there is an elevator and automatic blinds on the windows for a quiet life. There is a supermarket nearby. In general, I really liked it!!! The price and quality are super!

Staff behavior was very good, the best thing is they understand and speak English very well which we found in Turkey 🇹🇷 very rare. Suit was very clean 👌. It was worth of money if you're looking for a budget stay.

Noises were coming in the morning and a bit on uphill.

It's located near a very steep hill, not very close to public transportation, the walk is painful

The property was close to the center. The building itself is quiet. The apartment is really spacious, the bed is comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean (and changed regularly). It had a balcony and large windows on two sides, plenty of light from the outside which is really nice. The staff was also nice and friendly to us. Whenever we had any questions, they were glad to help. Two air conditions in each room, but were not needed during May. Good price for a 7 nights stay.

The internet connection was slow or often losing, especially in the evening hours; not enough utensils (or quite old the ones we had) in the kitchen, but luckily we did not spend a lot of time in the flat, so I did not mind that much.

It was clean and good value for money.

The location is on a hill road and no parking. We went by car and couldn’t find any parking in that road at all at anytime. We had to park far and walk on the hill to the hotel.

A very perfect Apartment for the family of 4+. Very Clean and feel good place to stay. English speaking staff make your comfortable. The Staff were great especially the Afghani & Syrian guys.

I can't say I didn't like it, but the location is a bit off but still acceptable compare to what you are paying. If this property would have been on the main road it would have been charging a lot
