The bed was comfortable, and TV was smart with youtube!!. Staff was very helpful to give us a bigger room. I was pleased with the no smoking policy. I remember many years back, we were at a hotel on the 3rd floor, but the smell of cigaret was coming all the way up to our room from the restaurant downstairs. Thank you for not smoking in the hotel.the free breakfast was good too

The free parking was not private. We had to park the car on the side of the narrow busy street, which actually ended up being ok.

the personel was very helpful and kind and polite. they repsonded all our questions and gave us tipps about travelling in Istanbul. They were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was very good full with the nutritious stuffs such as egg, sausage, vegetables, fruits, jams, sesam oil, olives, etc.

the hotel was a bit in a steepy place and we had to walk 10 minutes a hilly street to reach Taksim square. I had no problem with that but my mother had back pain and it was difficult for her. However Istanbul's streets are all hilly and it is difficult to find an accommoation in a flat street.

Breakfast person kept looking at us for the whole 14 days as if we supervising us not to eat too much food...

The staff were very good and very helpful especially as I knew almost nothing about what was useful to see and do in Istanhbul.

The breakfast was not was I was used to. There weren't many options available for an English tourist.

It’s at a perfect location, the staff is amazing and very helpful. It feels safe and has a very convenient shop right infront of it which has everything that could be needed. The rooms are nice and cozy.

The professionalism of the Reception Team day and time. The other thing is I felt unwell during my last day staying and the staff helped me getting to the car.

Clean , very handy to near by everything, Taxis available all the times. And once again the advice we get from the reception made our stay perfect apart from sickness.

The clean service, the lady cleaned my trim very quickly and she didn’t changed the bedsheets and I used for a week the same one. Also the floor was not cleaned, she didn’t use hoover to clean apparently. During the breakfast the lady who organise breakfast didn’t smile for customer and she never say good morning, looks like she is very upset with something.

I love my room 504 highly recommended as it have the best view, it was looking more beautiful while rain, comfy bed, amazing breakfast, staff was super awesome i will go again n stay in this hotel, my family n i loved it so so much.

I like very much the service i received. The room was very nice and value the money i paid for 5 days stayed. The breakfast included was fantastic and delicious.

My room was in the fourth floor. For the first two days the lift was not working which was the only problem I got.

I did like how comfortable was the room and how easy was to get relaxed there. Breakfast was amazing and the staffs were so welcoming.

I didn't expect that there is not going to be a toothpaste in my room. I didn't really like the juices for breakfast, it was really cool but its taste was the problem.
