Reception stuff especially Metin and Raqueb were really helpful and and serviable.They helped me to get a telephone line and for taxis.I extended my stay three more days. I recommend this hotel and i will come back again.

It was a pleasure staying at Medproper Suite. The staff members are excellent and so friendly, and I felt very safe even though I was travelling alone to attend a conference at Altinbas University. The hotel location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk from my conference venue, with easy access to the nearby bus stop, located next to both the university and hotel. It’s also convenient, with several shops nearby that offer all halal options! Getting to major attractions, like Hagia Sophia, takes around 20 minutes by taxi (approximately 780 lira by yellow taxi) or about 50 minutes by bus (though you’ll need to transfer buses). The Wi-Fi is excellent—I stayed on the 7th floor and had no issues. The suite was well-equipped, with two beds (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), as well as a full kitchen, oven, and washing machine—all of which I appreciated! Thank you so much to the staff for being so responsive and helpful through WhatsApp, even sending an iron to my room at 11 p.m. when I was preparing for my conference the next morning. Special thanks to Huseyn for helping me return my books to the university, as I couldn’t bring them back to the UK. I would definitely stay here again. It’s worth it, especially if you're bringing your family!

The breakfast is not highly recommended. I paid 300 lira (£6) for a very simple and cold breakfast. I think it’s worth considering other options—there are several cafés, like a coffee shop, Starbucks, and McDonald's, just below the hotel.

Exceptional staff, English and Russian speaking, rooms were cleaned almost every day, silent district, Carrefour and pharmacy were next to the hotel. Furniture and bathroom looked new. Also it was warm there (there was snowy March in Istanbul). There was a washing machine, big fridge and stove there in our apartment. We could look football games from the window as there was a little stadium there.

It was easy to get Uber from hotel, but hard to get it back to it, Uber drivers didn’t like this region, though it was not hotel fault. But there were bus stop, subway station was 10-15 minutes away, also we did not test other taxi, maybe they would agree quicker. No sights around so it is better for business trips.

Metin, Arif, and all staff are wonderful

It’s close to the airport, the room has a plenty of space for a family of 4 and all the necessary amenities, free parking, wi-fi performs. Starbucks and a Micheline restaurant downstairs, 2 grocery stores just around the corner. Metro station is a 15-min up the hill.

The dishes and kitchen utensils are not readily available in the room although there is a kitchenette. You need to ask for them from the staff and they are being brought at request. Takes some time

Our 4 night stay with two kids was very good expirience. The location is very good, near the highway-good connection to all roads in Istanbul. Very big apartmant with nice view and all the neccesery facilities for a good vacation. The staff, especially Metin was very friendly and helpful. He helped us about our car and everything that we asked for. We are very thankful that we met Metin. Comfort parking garage for free and few restorants around. Also Starbucks under the building. Very good value for the money you pay.

Nothing, maybe the higiene personal can try to do the cleaning more effective.

It was good suites comparing to the price. The receptionist was the best actually and helped us alot during our stay.
