The warm welcome of the reception staff and also at departure. The room was very comfortable and spacious and had a large shower room. Bottles of water were provided every day, although I bought my own one at the shop nearby. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, and you can request an omelette to order. There's also a swimming pool downstairs. Finally, a special thank you to Dogan the front office manager who helped me with all my queries.

Plain yogurts were only available one morning it would have been nice to have one every day - instead of the prepared mixture which was far too sweet for me. The coffee needs definitely an improvement as it has a bitter/burn taste and someday was very weak. Same for the orange and cherry juices they are far too sweet and one day they were mixed with too much water and therefore not pleasant to drink - the cherry juice was even fermented one day. Finally, there is a vaste choice of olives - but who eat olives at breakfast?

I had to urgently book a room on the same day in this area. Considering the short notice, it was a decent experience. 1) The staff upgraded our room from a twin bed to a double bed even though we did not request it. I initially thought the staffs were not kind but, this was not true they were very kind. 2) Facility is old but it was well maintained so it’s clean. 3) Mall of Istanbul is near by which takes 10 to 20 mins by taxi depending on traffic. 4) Breakfast is acceptable if you are ok with marinated vegetables besides that the omelette was edible but has some hygiene issues in my opinion.

We have been dealing with this hotel on 2022 and 2024 the reson to back to this Hotel or any future booking becouse of excellent and very nice treatment from Mr. Mehmet Fatih. He is very profisional and extremly welcoming and respectful. The Cleaning staff always friendly and polite

The beds frames were dirty not as what used to be clean on our first booking on 2022. Very expensive comparing to the services and the Location

Beautiful spacious rooms, very clean with all the amenities including slippers and fridge, temperature control, comfortable bed, fridge, large flat screen TV, nice shower room. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, from cleaning to reception everyone was amazing. Hotel facilities are excellent, the gym is huge with lots of equipment and the swimming pool area is like a spa.

I did have to jump in a taxi to most places so location is ok, not bad at all.

Location is not good. No views from room . Bed was not comfortable. Single beds were not sufficient enough Room service was very slow we would have to call a few times before someone would come. This maybe needs to be a 3star hotel not 5star. Some staff were very helpful.

Very modern and clean Hotel. The people at the reception were very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We even got upgraded and that was the best part. The breakfast was good. And the food at the restaurant was also very good. And special thank you to Mr. Doghan at the reception, a very nice, polite and cooperative guy. All in all was a very pleasant experience.

All the staff working in hotel Mehmet Fatih, Dogan, Berkant and Ali from Technical were Amazing people we have come across. They made our stay very welcoming and special. They all helped us to all our queries and questions and assisted us very quickly. Hotel is amazing and very clean and this was the best hotel in turkey for us because we travel quite often to Turkey because of our love for culture,history and off course food. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something special.

The free parking / comfy bed and location if you have a car it’s very good - near mall of Istanbul and the price was a bargain in my opinion . The staff I met was friendly

Twice we where left without toilet paper and once without hand soap / breakfast juice was diluted with water and they should have a better options for a five star hotel

We stayed for the second time at this hotel. It has underground parking, with an elevator. Fabulous breakfast, comparable to Turkish resorts in Antalya. Very comfortable beds. Room cleaning is done daily, or upon request.

You need a car to move around, it is far from the means of transport. The windows are a bit dirty, but you can't see anything interesting anyway. Air conditioning a bit difficult to use. The air conditioning does not work when the card is removed, so ask for 2 access cards from the reception.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The property was impeccably clean, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety and quality. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always friendly and ready to assist with any requests. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
