Location, 10 mins walk to Mall of Istanbul via pedestrian bridge. Breakfast is good. Friendly staff.

Hotel called taxi for us to Istanbul airport, when we sat in taxi, the meter was already >200 TL and taxi asked 120 for toll, total almost 1,000. I did some research Bitaksi shown only 6 to 800 incl. Toll 65. Feel bad but can understand of how they have to survive but won't let Hotel call taxi for us again.

Great pre plan communication with staff. I was travelling with disabled person the wheelchair was already waiting during checkin time. Luggage was handled by staff. Staff was very friendly and reacted instantly on requests. Room interior was great, it was good big size and clean according to Ramada standard. We liked the small cozy bathroom easy to manage things and it was clean. Good breakfast.

During the day time when sun was on its peak airconditioning stops working and room gets quite warm because of window size and direct sunlight on it. Even though staff tried to help by controlling the climate but I felt air conditioning system needs an upgrade. It wasn't a fault of staff but organization needs to handle this especially with Ramada name I didn't expected that. However, the situation gets much better in the evenings and during night room was good cold.

The staff in this hotel are fabulous! Irem and Enis on reception are so welcoming and helpful they treat all the guests like family, and nothing is too much trouble. All the waiters and staff go out of their way too! We've stayed here four or five times now and always have the best time. Excellent food and menu choices room service or restaurant always delicious and the rooms are large and spacious so comfortable. We will be back thank you Ramada Encore Istanbul Basin highly recommend you stay here. Istanbul Mall for shopping on the doorstep too what's not to like! ♡

The hotel is central to the shops and within walking distance of the Istanbul mall. Easy access to most places. The hotel is clean and the cleaning staff are always happy to help. I enjoyed my 12 day stay. Will definitely visit again.

The only negative was the breakfast it definitely wasn’t worth the £12 a day rate. It was very limited and I mean limited. You would be better walking to the mall for McDonalds or Starbucks.

It’s more of a business hotel but it’s ideally located within 5 minutes walk from Mall of Istanbul. It’s also very close to the airport within 35 minutes by car. It’s well maintained and up to the standards of Ramada. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of continental and Turkish. Staff were courteous and helpful. Presidential Suite was great and even had a jacuzzi.

It can get a little noisy in the mornings if you want to sleep late. Luckily we were on the sixth floor which was away from the busy morning guest traffic.

The hotel is located opposite Mall of Istanbul and access is just 5mn walk. Cleanliness in general, size and comfort of the room, the breakfast as well as the SPA

They charged my credit card prior to my arrival despite the clear payment method stating that I will pay at the property and the CC was just to confirm the booking. This

Nice hotel in opposite Mall of Istanbul. it takes 600 meters to get there (to cross the road). The hotel lis clean, the room is average middle size with fully operational AC for cooling and heating. The breakfast was included to the room rate and it was good enough.

The coffee at the breakfast could be better, also the orange juice shall be replaced with another one. I had the case at the checkout time there was no water in the shower. But the problem solved in 20 minutes and I got late checkout time 4pm which was very helpful.

The place is nice and quiet in the lobby. The staff are helpful and kind and you can ask for help from them. The hotel is directly facing the Mall of Istanbul and you can walk within 10 minutes. For those interested in Turkish furniture, next to the mall, there is a huge gathering center for the owners of Turkish factories and lighting, so stay in this hotel to be close to the place.

I did not like the degree of sound insulation of the rooms...you can hear your neighbor's phone in the next room...Basin Express Street is next to you and it is a crowded street 24/7...the offer did not include breakfast...I paid for breakfast for one day to compare it with other hotels that I stayed..it was acceptable but very simple: 3 types of bread, two types of fruits, two types of juice, and some appetizers... If you are going for tourism purposes only, the hotel will be far away and transportation is difficult by bus (to the city center the trip is about an hour and a half). ...But if you are traveling to shop from the mall and trade, it is a suitable place

breakfast was decent, I enjoyed their freshly cooked soup of the day, sallads were always available as well as fruits. Honey and fresh breads as well as cheese sortiments were a charm! Transportation is great at this place, there are two metro stations as well as bus stations. Airport shuttles are passing by from Mall of Istanbul all the time.

Wifi didn't meet my expectations unfortunately. Time to time disconnections made some meetings a challenge.
