We had a great stay at the Wanda Vista. The hotel is clean, comfortable & modern. All the staff were friendly & efficient, especially Melut & Sadik they were the best!! The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard whenever we needed. We stayed here because we were having dental work in Istanbul - we would definitely recommend this hotel!! The metro is very close & easily accessible if required to go site seeing.

From the moment I arrived, the guys at the reception set the tone for an exceptional stay, especially Burak, Azra, Seref and Abdulkadir!Warm, professional, and incredibly efficient, they made me feel welcome and valued right away. Check-in was seamless, with everything prepared and explained clearly, assisting with last-minute requests, or simply greeting me with a smile each time I passed by, their service was consistently top-notch.Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter a front desk team that combines efficiency with such heartfelt care. They are a true asset to the hotel and a big reason why I’ll be returning. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

High rate of room service. It should be discounted. Since you deal with most of patients and they are unable to move, room service fee should be low to allow them get the services they need withiut moving. I wasn't impressed with this.

The hotel has a great location, close to the airport and with easy access to public transport. On-site parking is a big plus, especially for travelers with a car. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable — more like small apartments, ideal for both short and longer stays. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding staff. A special thanks to Mevlüt, Semih, and Sinan – they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

First of all I would like to thank all the staff working at Wanda all of them polite answer any issues or complaint immediately without any delay. Special thank to Denis and Okan. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable Fairly clean with new appliances that make our stay for 22days easy. Close to large shopping mall with large department store were I can bring all my kids requirement for stay.

Initially in our stay along with elderly and kids were in higher level that make evacuation for fire drill very difficult then I was able to change as I requested.

The receptionist won’t pick up your call at night, and during the morning they will pick after the 3rd or 4th call, and after that, they either will let wait for 30 minutes or might even forget about you. The room service is not that good either, they must improve (provide full cleaning (wipe the floors, provide the kitchen complementary items, etc))
