Everything i liked about the property, the staff were lovely, the place was beautiful. The breakfast was great with various buffet options.

Most of the gym, swimming pool facilities were out of order, I wish I was notified about thia beforehand. Due to the location, not an easy access to the Mall of Istanbul, no access for pedestrian walk, had to resort to getting a taxi even though the mall wasn’t far at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nova Plaza Prime Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The service was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly attentive and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Batuhan and Ms. Nazli for their exceptional hospitality and assistance during my stay. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, offering a delicious start to each day.

However, my stay would have been even more enjoyable if the health club and Turkish bath had been operational. These amenities would have added a perfect touch of relaxation and wellness to my visit.

The hotel was clean, modern, and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the location. I booked this hotel mainly because it was close to the Masko and Mall of Istanbul. But unfortunately, it's not accessible by walking, even though it's super close to it—the highway divides the whole space like a river. You have to take a taxi to go there always (it takes around 15 minutes). In peak hours it is almost impossible to find a taxi. Almost missed my flight because of it. Just keep this in mind when booking. But anyway it is not the hotel's fault but the urban planning of Istanbul.

It was a my birthday getaway & they upgraded my room with a great view to make my day even more special ♥️✨. Staff members were exceptionally helpful& friendly, a big thank you to Mr Kemal for organizing transportation for sightseeing. The food was amazing & the hotel is clean. Note* bring a laptop 💻 so you can able to access entertainment because the hotel doesn’t have smart TVs, if you are a wine lover they don’t have liquor. It was unfortunately the spa was under renovation so I wasn’t able to use it.

Prime Lounge was best,shisha was amazing.Cleaning perfect.Best Air conditioners all working perfectly giving weather so cool and technical service always with you every hour.Specially thanks Arzu Deniz Merve Ms Begum and Emirkan and Zeynep.

It is convenient and comfy, cozy as well Although working with Denise,Ipek and Murat all professional available,I didnt need to ask they asked all the time.
