Beautiful sky viewing over the city Istanbul, its sound proof room, swimming pool and fitness, many elevators, parking place.

The only biggest problem I saw in reviews is the cleanliness of the hotel. Yes it’s dirty. The airconditioning in the room need cleaning, the kitchen in the room really need cleaning everywhere there is dust. Even in the breakfast area level floor 4, the dust on the lamps hanging above buffet. Many lights like mirror bathroom don’t work, even some buttons switch don’t work, 230v sockets not fixed in wall. If this property fix all those things… it’s a GREAT hotel / residence apartments! Stuff in breakfast floor working slow, don’t clean well, but yesterday 2th January many managers there and everyone runs and cleans even the 3 managers there where walking around are not dirty for helping and cleaning tables and helping clients, very nice to see.

The apartment was on a high floor, very spacious, sound-proof rooms! Beds were extremely comfortable! And we loved the view from all perspectives!! We have enjoyed both saunas next to the pool. Gym is also quite well-equipped

At first, we had problems with kitchen utensils that were completely missing from our room. After complaining 4 times, we finally got everything that we needed. In general, the staff of the hotel was eager to solve all of the problems rather fast. The hotel is situated very far from the city center. It is next to the shopping center, but it's impossible to walk there, and there is nowhere to walk around the hotel at all. The pool zone is rather small, water in the pool isn't the warmest.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at WestSide Residence by Rotana in Istanbul, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. But what truly made our stay stand out was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Special mention must be made of the manager, Ms Vesile Kaya and Mr Hakan who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Ms Vesile Kaya’s warm hospitality, and kindness made all the difference. The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The location of the hotel apartment was also ideal, with easy access to Istanbul's main attractions.

This is a wonderful place for business men, couples or long stay,, especially if you are driving, it's nice, clean, very quite, the staff is great especially the manager Vesile Kaya who made it possible the room has all the facilities you need, the view is spectacular if have a room in top floors the room is actually an apartment with full kitchen equipment, Also it is very close to Mall of Istanbul،

Location, Although it's right in front of Mall of Istanbul but you cannot simply walk to it because of the highways and bridges, you have to take a car or taxi, other than the mall the hotel has nothing around it, Also the location is far from Taksim and sightseeing attractions I hoped they would have a shuttle service at least to the mall

We recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, making our stay truly enjoyable. Their warm and friendly approach was unmatched compared to other places we’ve stayed in Turkey. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that gave us the perfect start to each day. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere. Its location was also excellent, providing convenient access to various parts of the city. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and if we visit Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here without hesitation!

I visit Istanbul regularly and this the first time to visit this residence accommodation. Refreshment machine near reception wasn’t working so it’s up setting. As I expected everything was nearly perfect except the location so if you use taxi and don’t rely on public transport this is the perfect option for families. Be careful with taxi drivers because they will rip you off if they notice that you’re not speaking Turkish. If you don’t want your pressure is going high go with Uber taxi, take photo to the meter before you leave the taxi in order to get refunded.

We had a beautiful, spacious and clean apartment, with lovely city views towards the east, north and west. Friendly and professional staff. Very good value for the price.

It is stated that meals can be prepared in the apartment, and there indeed were a stove/oven, microwave oven and refrigerator. However, as there were no crockery, cutlery or other kitchen utensils, we could not cook, or use all the kitchen facilities. But there was a good shopping mall within walking distance, where we could buy food, plastic plates and cups. Unfortunately, the refrigerator's setting was too cold and our veggies became frozen after a couple of hours (and we did not understand the electronic settings to adjust the temp). Furthermore, there was not a washing machine, but merely a laundry bag in the cupboard. Notwithstanding these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay at the Westside Residences by Rotana

The hotel was great with an amazing view of the highway and istanbul mall. The best thing about our stay was the helpful lady (Vesile) at the desk who helped us with ordering food at a nearby take-way as they couldn't speak English and she acted like a translator. She gave us little advice on where to go and best places to shop. I hope the hotel manager can give her a promotion. The house keeping girls were all polite and clean too.

The swimming pool was abit crowded on one or 2 occasions where we couldnt use the jacuzzi.

In general it was a pleasant stay , fast check in and check out . The gentleman in the reception was cooperative and provide me with a good view appartment The staff were helpful through out my stay. Housekeeping was excellent , my room was kept clean and tidy every day , thanks to Ms Sibeli Karayiğit from house keeping . And special thanks to Ms Vesile Kaya from guest relations
