The location was good for those who have cars, specially with good parking lot. Cleaning was good and on daily basis. All of our needs were available. Thanks for all staff. Air Conditioner was perfect. I contacted them for a maintenance and they immediately took care. I will really consider to stay again in this hotel on my future trips. Everything was perfect. I did not try the breakfast. When you want to try the swimming pool you have to bring your own head cover or buy it from there. The only issue in the suite was the curtain but was not a big problem.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. It is a very family-friendly place, and all essential amenities were available in the room. Although there were a few shortcomings in the kitchen area, the reception staff promptly provided everything we needed upon request. The breakfast was diverse and of good quality. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and my children enjoyed swimming there every day. The hotel is managed by a courteous and professional team. In particular, Ms. Vesile Kaya was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, and we sincerely appreciate her outstanding service. Overall, everything was beautiful and comfortable. The only drawback is the hotel's distance from the city centre, which makes it necessary to rely on taxis for transportation. Beautiful sky viewing over the city Istanbul, its sound proof room, swimming pool and fitness, many elevators, parking place.

The only biggest problem I saw in reviews is the cleanliness of the hotel. Yes it’s dirty. The airconditioning in the room need cleaning, the kitchen in the room really need cleaning everywhere there is dust. Even in the breakfast area level floor 4, the dust on the lamps hanging above buffet. Many lights like mirror bathroom don’t work, even some buttons switch don’t work, 230v sockets not fixed in wall. If this property fix all those things… it’s a GREAT hotel / residence apartments! Stuff in breakfast floor working slow, don’t clean well, but yesterday 2th January many managers there and everyone runs and cleans even the 3 managers there where walking around are not dirty for helping and cleaning tables and helping clients, very nice to see.

One suggestion for improvement: the **breakfast menu lacked variety**, as the same options were served every day. Offering a wider selection or rotating menu would enhance the guest experience.

The stay was more than wonderful, the rooms are spacious and the place is beautiful and tidy. I stayed in an apartment with two rooms and a hall with an open kitchen. I thank Ms. Vesile who took great care of us during our stay at the hotel and followed up on our request until the last moment. We thank her very much. I also do not forget the reception staff for their wonderful reception of us despite the crowding during the hotel entry procedures. God willing, we will return to the hotel.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the place, especially in some areas. Also, please look into the kitchen equipment and renew it if possible.

The apartment was on a high floor, very spacious, sound-proof rooms! Beds were extremely comfortable! And we loved the view from all perspectives!! We have enjoyed both saunas next to the pool. Gym is also quite well-equipped

At first, we had problems with kitchen utensils that were completely missing from our room. After complaining 4 times, we finally got everything that we needed. In general, the staff of the hotel was eager to solve all of the problems rather fast. The hotel is situated very far from the city center. It is next to the shopping center, but it's impossible to walk there, and there is nowhere to walk around the hotel at all. The pool zone is rather small, water in the pool isn't the warmest.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at WestSide Residence by Rotana in Istanbul, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. But what truly made our stay stand out was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Special mention must be made of the manager, Ms Vesile Kaya and Mr Hakan who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Ms Vesile Kaya’s warm hospitality, and kindness made all the difference. The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The location of the hotel apartment was also ideal, with easy access to Istanbul's main attractions.

Our first two days at the hotel were stressful due to cleanliness issues, tarnishing our initial impression. Thankfully, on the third day, Ms. Vesile stepped in with professionalism and promptly resolved our concerns, greatly improving our stay. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, especially when she surprised us with complimentary, delicious pizzas. We left with deep appreciation for her efforts, which transformed our experience into a memorable one.
