Tuncay Bey is very helpful and very good and very nice. Also, Gazim Hanim was helpful and nice to us. Even though we had one issue with the night shift employee in the reception but Bilim Hanim came and gave us 2 Turkish Caffè the next morning. The decorations of the hotel were nice and the room was quiet.
The shower is a bit broken so it was not the best shower experience. Also, there was no tissue in the room for daily usage.

It was a good hotel with good Facilities.
Swimming pool was temperature controlled but they asked their guest to wear swimming Cap, which i have seen only in this hotel. I use to stay in several hotels including turkey and around the world but i was surprised and shocked to know they only let u in the pool if u buy or wearing swimming Cap. Internet was not working properly in the room or lobby.

I liked everything thing (beside what I mentioned below) Nice spa, inside swimming pool (but is was cold water).
Gym high quality, but no water to drink, room parents are on the front and in front of the door.. the kids room comes after but no door.

It was round the 8th time in hotel and third one since it be ROTA, The breakfast became more prestige with more verities and prefect service. thanks. Rooms spacious as usual.

Big and comfortable clean room. Tasty breakfast, everything is fresh. Thanks for personal which is always ready to help.
SPA is old and cold. So hard smell of candles or what at first floor.

The room is so beautiful and spacious for 3 adults. I love the valet service too.
The location is 30 minutes journey from the main attractions in Istanbul.
