the property is in a great location friendly staff small rooms but very clean and tidy

no instructions when we arrived. no password for the wifi, no toilet paper anymore in the room, no indication for the swimming pool (does it really exist?) and a big noisy fridge in our room (useless) and the bathroom smells bad

Not enough space, doesn't matter in single or double room. Very strong small of humidity. Everything is pretty old.

The location of the hotel is nice, there are several markets right around the corner and it’s close to everywhere. The room looks nice on the first sight and the price is very affordable compared to other hotels. The terrace was quite good, but be ware, it was shared with another hotel room. The staff was able to speak English and can call you a taxi if needed.

There was a terrible smell (like dirty public toilet) coming from the bathroom. It was impossible to get rid of it. Opening the terrace door for the whole day helped for about 15 minutes, then the smell was back and it was also getting into the bedroom even through the closed bathroom door. It wasn’t safe to keep the window open during the day when leaving the hotel, since there were stray cats coming inside. The toilet in the bathroom was definitely not cleaned before my arrival, since it had stale smelly water inside, which could be cleaned by simply using the toilet brush. The door was quite difficult to open, since the floor in-front of it was bended and the door was getting stuck on it. Girlfriend was actually unable to open the door from inside. The TV did not have working set top box next to it and since it wasn’t a smart TV, it was useless on its own. The only handy thing was an HDMI cable connecting the set top box to the tv, which could be used to also connect your laptop. The bed had only a single torn and thin blanket (even though this was a room for 2). Sometimes it was getting a bit cold during the night, since it was the end of October. There were cups and tea/coffee available, but no cattle. First few days of my stay, there were short electricity outages, which of course disabled the Wi-Fi and since I was working from the room, it was getting really annoying. There were some more details like not working clock on the wall, single lamp which was positioned on top of the tv wall so it was far away from anywhere and hence useless, or no room service, which would take out the trash and change the sheets (maybe it is available if you specifically ask for it).

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. So was the pool. I paid extra for the best room they had and the staff acts like there is nothing they can do. I have pictures and video of the mold, mildew, and filthy private pool. My niece had to find another hotel for me.

There was no kitchen in this hotel. We choose this place becouse we needed kitchen. It is unacceptable to lie visitors. The information on booking about this place is not the trueth. There was a cauch instead of bad. An the is no condiotioner in the rooms, so it ia very hot in summer.

Nothing - potentially location due to where I was going

I suffer from Asthma and requested a non smoking room. However the smell was so bad I had an asthma attack in the night and requested a different room. They didn’t have one so agreed I could leave early. I booked alternative accommodation and left at 5am! Which was fine as they confirmed that I would be refunded the remaining days. This has still not been done and as you can probably tell I’m it impressed! A big issue for me was they did not have most of the facilities they listed in the advertisement microwave, dining area, windows that open and close, air con - I could continue! Pictured you can see their ‘dining area’ brown sofa and windows forced open - the silver steel thing holding it open doesn’t move (not safe and looks into someone else’s terrace). There is also no terrace. The bathroom was where the smell was coming most from the neighbours vents - pictured off white towels. Again, I could go on… Still waiting for my refund from booking.
