The staff (particularly) Ömerçan and the manager were wonderful. Very helpful and kind, both to myself and my friends. The room was large, bathroom great and the bed really good. Ideally located in Uskudar, it is dry ( non alcohol) suburb, so for a woman alone, no anxiety about drunks at night! Food places abound.

I had booked here because Booking.com advertised it as with a kitchenette. I expected this including a cooking space, dishes, cutlery etc. Sadly a decision had been made not to keep the idea of a kitchenette so none of this was there. It is great that there was a kettle and a small fridge, but food preparation was not possible. Please remove this from the list of hotel features.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It started with helpful and quick communication with Ömer from the hotel reception who arranged a high quality taxi from the airport, welcomed us at the hotel upon arrival, helped us with the bags, recommendations of the restaurant for the dinner, directions and many more questions during our stay. Other employees of the hotel were also welcoming, kind and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared and consisted of a variety of delicious local cheese,an omelette/ a cooked egg upon request, salami, fresh vegetables and herbs, olives, French fries, honey, Nutella, watermelon, coffee or tea. The lady who prepared the breakfast was also very warm and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, we got mineral water complementary every day. There was a fridge and a water boiler to make tea or coffee. Coffee and tea was provided by the hotel. The hotel is situated right across the ferry terminal within 1 minute walk where you could take a boat excursion along the Bosphorus or go to the European side of the city. Our window from the room faced the Bosphorus and was right across Dolmabahçe palace, the sultan residence which is now a museum, situated on the other side of Bosphorus. It is 5 minutes walk to the shops, the metro and the bus station from the hotel. There are many restaurants all along the Bosphorus. We took a minibus from the hotel to a beautiful street Kuzguncuk with historical architecture, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and small shops. This hotel makes a difference by excellent service and its kind, courteous and helpful personell who is happy to help you during the stay.

The location of the hotel was terrific if you want to see both Asian and European side. Just around a corner there is a ferry station that takes you to the other side of the bridge. Staff was wonderful and extremely polite, especially Ömer and Berk who were very helpful regarding anything I needed. At the very first day, I wanted to upgrade my room for the one with the Bosphorus view. They gave it to me as a complimentary without any charges, since they didn’t have any other guests there for the days of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back in future.

It was a beautiful and wonderful stay. A very wonderful hotel. Distinct and elegant service. Wonderful and elegant staff in dealing with us. They spoke the English language in a Great view of the Bosphorus and the beautiful sea. Really a wonderful place. I will always stay in this hotel when I come to Türkiye professional and excellent manner. I advise you to visit it. It is very close to the metro, only a minute’s walk away.

Everything was amazing, the view, the floor heating, the staff. Unfortunately, we were just one day there, but the stay was sooo good. The hotel is located extremely good it’s near the ferries and it has many many many coffees nearby which are amazing too. The staff was really nice and helpful especially Mr Öner, who really helped us to have an incredible stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend it and go back again.

Had to ask somebody to fix tv 3 times before they came Tiny shoelwer (2.5”x2.5”)with sharp sink cornrer on the way( scratched myself) Narrow space between the bed and the wall (1”) with sharp bed corner. Unfinished interior details Water spontaneously goes cold

216 Bosphorus Suite is located in Üsküdar and about a 2min walk from Üsküdar Marmaray. The view from the window is excellent; you can see the Bosphorus with ferries passing every few minutes. Sunset and sunrise are spectacular. There is ample local transportation and we had no need for taxis. The staff are also great; a big thank you to Abdurrahman, Haider and the team! We were recommended some places to eat which were low-cost and good quality. Housekeeping is done every day with a full clean once a week. Our room was very clean and tidy and our belongings were never taken or disposed of without our knowledge. We were left to our own devices but room service was always available and prompt when required. The Wifi was also great and we did not lack for anything.

Our only issue really was from people smoking and smoke coming up into our room. This seems to be a Istanbul-wide issue though so our advice would be to take your precautions beforehand! Perhaps the hotel could do something about this to prevent smoking inside the premises.

The property was very clean and modern. Also the coolness of the airco was very welcoming. The location is great. It is on the Asian side of Istanbul, very close to the ferry’s so you can you everywhere very quick. There are also many nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The personnel was very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was very nice of them. I can definitely recommend staying at this hostel as it is very comfortable but still offers many opportunities regarding the location within the city.

Location is the best in Istanbul, stuff is exellent, but cleaning lady is the best, everything perfectly clean, she even wash our dishes and bring every day 2-3 liter of water because we have a baby in room. Nice and peacefull, and near everything, even have a parking lot. Top.
