The location was excellent; other than that it's just passable

The cleanliness of the room wasn't good. the staff need to improve their hospitality.

1. The location is great. You can easily get there from Marmaray station and there’re many good shops (A101 in a couple of steps from the hotel) cafes and parks nearby. 2. The manager was helpful and thoughtful even though he didn’t speak any other language than Turkish 😅 (The guarding cat was cute!)

1. The stairs to the hotel are high and inconvenient and there’s no way of climbing them with a big heavy bag without someone’s help. 2. The room itself was dirty. Dust on the floor and windowsills, found big ants and some bloodsucking bugs on my bed and in my clothes afterwards. 3. The bathroom is old and dirty as well, the walls are covered with mould, found some ants there too. 4. The price is too high for a place like that. owners could’ve done more to make staying at the hotel more comfortable.
