Starting from its location, A11 Bosphurus is located just off the pier and Marmaray, makes it easy to go around the European side. Absolute 10/10. The view to the bosphurus is unmatched and the room and bath was clean, with enough towels and amenities. The breakfast was as from other reviews, was exceptional with great taste. Finally the staff was polite and smiling, greeting us with an upgrade to a better suite! Recommend to everyone and hope to stay again!

Spoons and cutlery items missing, and Nespresso capsules weren't charged beyond first night.

Views are stunning

The hotel still feels like it’s in its start-up phase. The bar service, in particular, seems underdeveloped — it’s unclear what they intend to stock or how pricing is managed. The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the drinks menu, which gave the impression that the hotel hasn’t yet defined its approach to service beyond the basics of breakfast, tea, and coffee.

We were pleasantly surprised with this very cosy warm hotel. The rooms are so big and comfortable with a coffee pod machine and a very nice big bathroom with great water pressure and lots of hot water. It is situated right on the sea facing the European side, so we had an amazing view of the water and easy access to everywhere, catching the boats, taxi, or beautiful long walks. Staff were very helpful at all times, especially Bora, Front office manager. If you need anything at all, big or small, Bora will help you out 👍Great restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries are all in walking distance. Highly recommended the property and will definitely be back to stay 👍

When we arrived, we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to reception with no help. We didn't mind, but if you're an elder person, this may be a problem. The beautiful pool is ONLY for decoration, and as a guest, you are not allowed to use it 🤦‍♀️. The TV channels in the rooms should give you more options of English channels, it only had 1x English channel and everything else was in Turkish, in these modern times we found that very surprising and a bit annoying when trying to watch the news. Make sure to have a translation app on your phone if you speak English. This was helpful.

location is the main thing as well as the view. room size is big but maybe considered too big. the atmosphere of the hotel overall is relaxing and really gives you some energy boost. a place to be recommended at any time of the year lots of potentials.

housekeeping is not to the expected level compared with impression given by the hotel. Complementary coffee and tea used were not replaced in 4 days of stay. with a view like that you would like to sit relax in the morning with a cup coffee in tranquillity.

The hotel decorations, location and the view from the room was amazing.

Our plans was changed and we wanted to extend our stay for few nights but the staff was not clear and not very helpful with that. Which made us search for another hotel. The noise coming from the club down stairs. They didn’t change the bed sheets when they cleaned. The WiFi was very poor and kept disconnecting. The water was getting jammed in the shower and the sink.

Wonderful hotel in Üsküdar area , most room have river view , very nice and friendly personals , access to Europe side in 15 minutes with boat front of hotel , 100% recommend

TV only have turkish channels, and air conditioning in winter is not very well
