Nice apartment with the belcony, the view was great. Apartment is good equipped. The beach is not far but probably not so nice to walk there because the traffic on the road. We were traveling with small baby, the crib was provided. But it should be taken into account that entrance to the bathroom is from bedroom, so when baby sleeps it's challenging to use it not waking the baby up. And there is no microwave in the apartment, also not comfortable with baby. All other things was great.

Location is perfect, you can easy walk 5 min to the beach and restaurants. Hosts are very friendly and kind, they were helpful and reliable at any time we asked for something. Flat was clean and tidy, it has everything you need for a long stay.

Some small details: - main light in bathroom was not working - towel hangers in bathroom are damaged and felt down sometimes - water cooker had no lid and could be dangerous by boiling water dropping outwards.

Great place to relax. It´s very comfortable. Nice view of the mountains. The beach is very close - walking distance. The town is a bit walk, but it´s not that bad. The host is extremely friendly and always available if you need anything. And the dog was always guarding the place.

Just a tip - maybe possibility to buy washing powder instead of buying the whole pack from the owner would be helpful. And maybe having bit of salt provided, it would make a big change. Especially if people stay for a short time.

I chose Anya and Tayfun’s place because of the variety of activities they offer. The beach is 400 m away, which is pretty close. The place itself is located 2 km away from city centre, but you can easily walk this distance as the road is not very steep (I walked to and back city centre every day). It’s a very quiet and beautiful place with small garden and mountain view. Hosts Anya, Tayfun and Ayhan were really nice and showed great hospitality, not to mention there was always tea, coffee and fruits. I want to highly note their individual approach to everyone. Guys organised swimming with saps and hiking on The Lycian Way as I asked them. Really client oriented and open to discussion. They also offer motorbike and quadrokopter renting, airport transfer and kayaking services. No need to search for other company separately. Definitely recommend if you are travelling alone and want to try many things Kash can offer.

Sometimes there was no hot water in the house. But there’s a separate boiler, all you need is to tell Anya about it on time. The internet was slow. I think there was one router and many users. But, hey, we have come to relax and enjoy our time without online activities. Since the house is surrounded by mountains, be prepared to face different types of bugs. Not many mosquitoes though.

Very nice and quiet location. Close to the beach which we thought was the best beach in Kas. Room was big and had a washing machine which was nice. The staff were very friendly had a great time in the SUP Apartments

Wifi didn’t work for a day

First of all, the owners of this place were really nice. They took care of my all needs. My room was big, clean and comfortable. There was also extra couch so 3 people can stay there. It is 30 mins far from the city center by walking but i dont recommend you to walk in hot summer days because there are some hills and it can be very hard but there is minibus and you may use it. You can borrow bike from this place and it is free. You can also do SUP in this place if you have time. This place is very close to buyukcakil beach. you can just walk down and it takes 4-5 minutes.

There is no market around so you should buy your need from the center of the city. There is no breakfast in this place. It would be much better if they serve breakfast also.

The place is about 2 km from Kas so you avoid the parking problem and the crowd. The flat was like on the pictures : large, nicely decorated and with a balcony with a view on the mountains. The owners are kind and very welcoming. Parking is possible in front on a small place or else on the street. Everything was working properly except the shower which was sometimes hard to adjust the temperature. Good to note that the owners propose renting paddles and even scooters.

The bathroom is small and not well designed but the main issue was that the general cleaning was so-so. Kitchen equipment was also dirty because there is no liquid to do the washing up and people simply rinse the kitchen tools. It would be nice to propose dishwashing liquid.

Big apartments with all you need for comfortable stay. Quiet place, not far from center of Kas(but better go by car to Kas - because there is hills between). Very friendly owner. We liked this place and if will be in Kas one more time will try to stay there.

There are minor damage to doors and furniture (not severe, but we paid attention).

Perfect! Don't usually write reviews but wanted to make an extra effort here. Typhoon and Anna were amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay. Can't wait to return!

The best advantage of our room was terrace with wonderful mountain view. It was ideal to sit there in the evening. Available parking.

In description it was written, that it's separate house, but in reality it was apartment in the house.
