Wonderful, cozy place, great staff, special thanks to Mustafa. He is super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. We had a room, fully equipped and with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Portioned breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace in the fresh air and again with beautiful views of the sea, mountains, and islands. 8-10 minutes walk to the beach. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the center of Kash by car. It would be difficult to go up and down 2 km. I definitely recommend this place , especially if you are traveling by car.

Very quiet and wonderful location! Fantastic views from the apartment and from terrace at the top. Tasty breakfast is served with terrific view. Especially thanks to Mustafa. We like everything in this place! Good connection with manager Mustafa, flexible conditions. We recommend this place for travelling around Kas city. Mustafa is friendly and helpful person! Breakfast on terrace was perfect! Clean and large room . Mustafa gave us local jam cause our children like it so much! We were very pleased!

I recently stayed at Kaktus Suits in Kas, and it was truly a beautiful experience. Excellent hotel. Fully new clean rooms. Friendly staff. At the reception there is a wonderful Mustafa, who is so helpful with any questions. We ask him: kettle, hairdryer, iron. We had things to wash and they did it for free. In my opinion it’s a huge bonus, because many hotels take big charge for washing or ironing

Far from the center, but for us it was not a problem since we were rent car. You can also rent motorcycles or take a taxi. But at the bottom there is a beach that you can go on foot.

The apartment was large and bright with a nice view, the breakfast was amazing with even better views of the sea. Mustafa was so helpful and so very accommodating and kind to us, always busy yet managed to smile and ask us what he can do for us. We loved seeing the owners during breakfast, wonderfully warm couple who always made sure we were comfortable.

Everything was great! What we especially liked: - breakfasts (when we said that we liked the cherry jam, they brought us a double portion of this jam every time after that) - view of the bay where breakfasts are held (it's magnificent) - hotel staff (very-very friendly hotel staff ready to help with everything)

Location is isolated but you are able to buy your food and drinks and use either the room balcony or the excellent roof terrace

Superb view from the balcony and from the rooftop terrace. The studio is very comfortable, located in a quiet area. The hosts are very welcoming and nice I will definitely come back!
