The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 and is beautiful. We were the only guests there (only 34 rooms) the nights we stayed in late May and they made us feel like royalty. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The pool are is beautiful. The staff were friendly and outgoing. While there is a swim platform to go in the ocean, it is a bit rough. The owners own a hotel near the Marina with a beach you can use. It is a short 10 minute drive into Kas town, where there is a car park you can park (or you can take a taxi).

Nice buffett breakfast, snacks and other meals available by pool. Ocean access further down hill. Despite being very close to other properties, very quiet and private. Staff very friendly and attentive. At the end of Kas peninsula view is peaceful ocean and Kastellorizo, the Greek island closest to Turkey. I was upgraded to full sea view with balcony and my own jacuzzi. For couples, very romantic setting, with mirror over the bed. Easy to get a taxi into center of Kas, better choice than trying to park there.

If you are driving be prepared for exceedingly steep and narrow driveway that is only access to multiple properties.

What a place! I’m guessing most people prefer to stay in the center of town but I am so glad we booked this hotel out on the peninsula. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Terrific spacious rooms with balconies and private jacuzzis. The pool area is spectacular, the grand jacuzzi is even better, but the real gem is the hillside cabana beds where you can walk down to the private dock and jump in the Mediterranean. Amazing views of the Greek island just across. Breakfast was excellent and the on site restaurant was good for lunch and dinner as well. Wifi was great and we were able to work here - in fact, the strongest signal was out by the cabana beds. If you want to go into town it’s a ten min taxi ride that costs a flat 100 TL. We came here with intentions to explore the area’s beaches and boat tours, but ended up staying at the hotel every day because it was that beautiful.

At the pool and on our balcony it was fine, but inside the room the wifi was spotty for whatever reason. Lots of mosquitos at night but that’s par for the region. Otherwise excellent.

This is a wonderful, unique, boutique hotel which suited our family's needs perfectly - it was so good (and Turkey so hot in August) that we hardly left the place for 9 days, only to go out to Kas in the evenings for dinner. Meis is just the right size. We have two teenagers (14 & 16) who enjoyed flopping on sunbeds, playing games with their parents and swimming in the sea with endless diving competition opportunities by the hotel. I should point out that at certain times the sea can get choppy and the tide can be a bit strong - absolutely nothing a stable swimmer can't cope with but it could cause nervous people some anxiety. We loved it. Lots of beds by the pool and by the rocks/sea. We spent every day down by the sea, mostly on our own down there. Even when the hotel was quite full at the weekends, there were plenty of beds. Note that the pool does not have a shallow end (at 5ft 2 I couldn't touch the bottom) but it has nice big steps in, a handrail all round and there is usually an inflatable around. The staff is amazing at Meis. A great bunch of young guys waiting on you and an excellent barman who speaks the best English - everyone at Meis is there to serve and wants you to have a good time. We went in the hotel gym most days. The food is great, again the chef really caring what people want - his pastas are very good and the BBQ meat platter is a meat feast you won't forget. Breakfast is a highlight - we were lucky that midweek we almost had the place to ourselves and we had platefuls of our favourite foods (fried aubergines, menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs with tomato), pancakes) delivered straight from the kitchen to our table. Unlimited bean to cup coffees set you up for the day. The communal areas are better than the pictures, rooms maybe a little less so. We would def go again, maybe when not as hot. Kas is a great city - really alive at night, 100s of restaurants.

The location was superb for its unobstructed coastal views. The room was spacious and very clean. All staff could not have been more helpful.

The hotel is very remote and not safe or close to walk into town. You must be very mobile as the hotel is built on a very steep hill. Steps to the hotels private Beach involves many steps, but it’s worth the effort when you reach it. Very secluded and peaceful.

Great location. Nice views. Clean. Kitchen staff was super nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Out of season customers should be treated the same as seasonal customers.

the front desk staff was not friendly nor helpful. as for the others in the kitchen breakfast we’re friendly and nice. hotel was empty and despite this, it showed as fully booked putting a high price..

Internet, location and car park.

The room was unpleasant and uncomfortable, the loud vibration noise started at 7am and would finish just after midnight from possibly a generator. Housekeeping not the best, they either miss something or take our personal slippers. Car park is always full and small.

The view was great

It’s far from the centre. You pay 400 TL each way into town. The food at the facility is not the best so you need to step out of the hotel. I don’t think the pool gets replenished very often.
