This was our second time staying at Nirvana Apartment, and once again, it did not disappoint. My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our time there. The apartment is perfectly located with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea—waking up to that view each morning was truly a treat. The host was incredibly polite and welcoming, and his hospitality really stood out. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, and he was always available if we needed anything, which made our stay even more comfortable. On top of everything, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of the apartment and the experience overall. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Kaş.

Very nice apartment if you travel without babies - there is no elevator in this building. In any other cases apartment is very-very nice. View from the balcony is stunning. And building itself is located rather far to the city centre, and the way up (NA is located in the higher part of the city) is not difficult. I can compare - I’ve lived in other apartments high in Kas, and roads to them were steep. This is important because it’s very difficult to find a place to park a car in Kas. So if you walk - Nirvana is very nice decision. Owner was always in touch, all questions were solved quickly. I highly recommend Nirvana Apartments.

Nothing to be worth to note.

Our host was really friendly and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you could need to cook meals in the kitchen (loads of utensils, serveware, appliances etc.). Cleaning products such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, disinfectant spray, new cloths, washing powder etc. were provided. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We were on the third floor. The apartment was in a great location and it's a short walk to the centre of town. We were worried about the steep hill after reading some reviews but it wasn't an issue for us and it was definitely worth it. The TV in the apartment was a smart tv with various streaming apps already downloaded to log into.

The beds were not the most comfortable but they were ok.

Location was perfect, beautiful views, walking distance from the shops and parking just outside. However what I was the most pleased about, which other properties are always lacking especially when you are a family and have kids is ample towels, washing liquid, plenty of washing powder. The flat was really prepared to accommodate people.

Power cuts. Which wasn’t pleasant. During our one night stay, we had 5 power cuts, the power eventually comes back on after a few minutes but it’s is very unpleasant as you do not know what you need to do.

Great location for visit to Kas, up on the hill and away from noise and traffic. Parking was available. Unit was very large. Bathroom was clean, washing machine in bathroom. Two balconies. Kitchen was good with lots of dishes. Our unit was close to the pool and had peek-a-boo views of the water from both balconies.

There were some ants on the balcony (not in the unit) but that is just Turkey…they are everywhere. Because of this we did not use the balcony for breakfast or relaxing. I’m sure the manager would have taken care of it but we didn’t want chemicals sprayed while we were there (and again, they are everywhere in Turkey). Just a warning: the property prefers you pay in cash (Turkish Lira, Euros, or USD). I don’t recall seeing that in the listing. We would have gladly paid in cash (brought from home) but the fees to take out money from ATMs are heinous and there are limits to how much you can withdraw each day. Most businesses in Turkey want cash.

It was our second stay at this property. We chose it because of the amazing view and we got it. Everything else was as expected: ACs work, kitchen equipment works, there's a lot of cookware and cutlery, shower works ok, etc.

The property information states that property accepts Visa and Mastercard. On arrival we were told that they accept only cash. Luckily, we had enough cash with us to pay for our stay, but it was an inconvenience. The last time we stayed at this property we payed in advance by credit card via Booking, but this time there was no such option. The pillows are too big and too hard.

It has everything a group of people need. Kitchen was full, enough amount of towels, cleaning supplies, even laundry detergent, mop, vacuum cleaner, iron everything you need! My family and I were really impressed. Also, whenever we called them having issues with something ( internet and tv issues ) they immediately responded and found a temporary solution to make us happy. I really appreciate the effort.

Shover water was a bit weak and it was unstable - hot and cold

The balcony is what makes it all worth it, a view and a feeling is absolutely splendid! It’s well situated and not hard to get by foot. Refreshing clean and nice pool. We were very happy to meet the owner and his father, they were very helpful, respectful, replying messages when needed. We felt very good in the apartment, thank you!

The drain in the shower was a bit stuck though, but that didn’t change the overall impression

The location is excellent. Parking right outside (whereas driving into town is manic with no parking). One minute walk at most down steep hill, leads onto the flat road through town (10 mins to harbour at end) with shops restaurants and banks along the way. Had good facilities (cleaning stuff provided). Kids liked pool - very small but deep - was 1m below our balcony so easy to watch them. Sofa beds decent.

Pool says no sunscreen as not chlorinated.

The apartment was clean and very well equipped with everything you need and more. The staff were very accommodating and gave us some very good restaurant recommendations. Amazing view from the balcony. The walk to town was about 15 minutes with a 3.5 year old. The pool was a saviour during the hot weather! We would stay here again!

The wifi was intermittent and there was no recycling
