We had a great stay! The room was huge, the breakfast had an amazing variety of sweet and savoury options, including freshly made omelette, and the location was very convenient. Valet parking was available free of charge. In the same building there's also a supermarket, a Starbucks, and a variety of fastfood restaurants. The hotel is only a 15min drive from the airport. The hotel also had a big swimming pool, a sauna (men and women are separate) and a steam room (hamam), both a mixed gender one and one for only men / women.

The hamam was a bit too hot. While I love heat, the stones were so hot that you could barely sit on them. While the staff was very friendly, they didn't speak much English, so when we asked the receptionist what there is to see in Kayseri, they weren't able to recommend anything. However, there was a flyer with a Kayseri sightseeing map in the room, which was very helpful. The TV has no Netflix. There are only Turkish channels and world news.

We were staying for a very early morning family trip to Cappadocia for a hot air balloon ride. We were checked in early and allowed a late check out. The rooms we booked were Executive King Beds. These were very comfortable and as good a room we've stayed in. The beds, AC, bathrooms were all very comfortable. We were extremely tired due to early morning 2am trip to Cappadocia for the balloon ride. (Which was in itself a great experience). The rest upon our return and late check out allowed us to get some sleep before our onward journey. We bought breakfast which wasn't included in our booking. Loved the restaurant area, it was spacious with good variety of food and beverages. The hotel was clean, tidy, all the basic essentials were there and a proper 5 star. We loved it so much we would plan to checkout other Wyndham Grand hotels in other cities and would consider a few more days next time to make use of the leisure facilities on site. The staff on all shifts were friendly and helpful and gave good advice. We checked out at 3 pm. and left our luggage whilst we spent a bit of time shopping ahead of going back to the airport.

Generally, there wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Nice room (other than if you need bright lighting), absolutely superb location, helpful staff, parking was fine despite being in city centre. Checkin and out was good.

Only a few minor niggles. One of them argaubly our fault for not taking action (room was too hot). Restaurant offering was very limited, and devoid of alcohol, apparently "due to Ramadan". However, as a comparator, the Radisson Blu was offering a very good and fairly priced menu, incl alcohol, in their top floor restaurant, with comparable views / better views of Mt Erciyes, so this is the hotels choice. not a govt edict or social norm. Maybe Wyndhams are just being more accommodating of local customers' preferences. The "pub" onsite wasn't tempting.

We treated ourselves to a night of luxury in an international standard hotel, and we did not regret it. It helped that there was an offer for larger rooms. Large luxury furnishings and big bed, supremely central location - we were able to squeeze in a visit to the Museum of Seljuk Civilizations below before checking out. Likely the only late night bars and coffee shops in Kayseri cluster around this hotel.

Might have been a touch more impersonal. Not all the shops and restaurants below seemed open when we were around.

The hotel is in the very center of Kayseri, surrounded by many attractions and cafes. Excellent service, the staff works at the highest level, everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfasts seemed a bit too expensive. At the same time, I can't say they are worth the price. I would like the hotel to consider expanding the breakfast selection. After all, for such a price, more variety is expected.

We are staying in this hotel for the second time and are happy about it. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed,a sofa and a desk. The bathroom has both showe and a bathtub. The breakfast is nourishing and tasty with lots of hot dishes to choose from. The staff is welcoming . We especially like the hostess Alsu who speaks Russian and organized a beautiful cake for my husband 's birthday! The whole atmosphere of the hotel is a shick and wealth. There is a great odour everywhere. The swimming pool and hammam are really great.

The hotel needs renovation, of course. There are many stains on the carpet, the wall paper also is dirty. In general the condition of the hotel is OK but in detail...Also there was no floor cleaning during our stay.

This hotel is perfect for us especially for the cost. We just passed by the city and didn't stay long. The hotel is a bit old but has plenty of facilities. The room was huge, it was much bigger than we expected. The space made our stay very comfortable. Coming from other cities in the countrt where the room was much smaller, this was a great relief. Definitely worth more than the price.

I usually don’t like posting reviews, but the hospitality and cleanliness made me take a minute. I like to nitpick but there is genuinely nothing I can give as feedback. The minibar was empty but that was solved by a quick call to reception. The fact that there’s smoker rooms as well made me very comfortable.

Cigarettes are a lot more expensive in the hotel than outside markets.

What a wonderful hospitality! Upon checking in we received most incredible surprise, tray with delicious variety of fruit and dried fruit. We were so surprised. It’s like they knew that my sis was celebrating her name day. We have had most beautiful view, amazing upgrade, huge suite with all amenities on a high floor. We felt very special and would absolutely recommend this location and hotel to anyone. Gym and pool were huge with a terrace where you can sun bathe Shopping around is amazing! We found so many treasures at half the price of any store in Istanbul! Old Fort from Roman times, lovely mosque, park, bazaar, all within walking distance, along with a metro stop. Could not be happier. Airport is maybe 15 minutes away

That we had to leave.

This hotel was a Hilton before so you can feel the quality as soon as you enter. Car park was efficient. Rooms (we has an upgrade for an executive room) very nice and big even they are not very new. All of the staff was always smiling and working hard to make you happy. Hotel in at the main center of Kayseri, walking distance to all main attractions, local shopping and has a Starbucks and big super market under it. Also there is very nice club (Jolly Joker) in the hotel. Breakfast was super goed with a large open buffet. If you want to see Cappadocia its only 1 hour drive and If you want to ski at Erciyes its 20 minutes drive.

We paid 60 TL for a bonnet to swim in the indoor pool. Indoor pool was cool for us and has no spa, sauna or hammam. Drink prices in the cafe and minibar were too expensive. You hear the prayer from the near mosque (from the speaker) early in the morning (at 6.15am for February).
