I loved the thermal spa, sauna, hammam, and hamani! They were open from early morning, so we could enjoy a quick dip before breakfast—just like in a Japanese onsen. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious and offered a wide variety. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It's also a perfect base for visiting Pamukkale.

The indoor swimming pool was undergoing refurbishment and wasn’t available during our stay. The gym was next to another renovation area, so it was a bit noisy and dusty at times.

Smart hotel and very clean - staff always at work polishing the floors. Spacious bedroom and very clean bathroom with good daily cleaning of our room. Breakfast can be busy as the dining room is large and coach tours often use the hotel. Large Turkish breakfast buffet, plenty to choose from. Several local restaurants nearby for evening meals. Very convenient for driving to Heliopolis and Pamukkale. We couldn't get any hot thermal water in the bathroom even after running the special tap for half an hour, just very warm clean water. Anyway it was OK as we preferred to use the free indoor thermal pool and jacuzzi once or twice a day.

The hotel layout and deco was better than I expected. The main area is very well incorporated into the pool, entrance and dinig area. As there are only 3 floors in the apartments, you dont have great shadows casting down. Each hotel room has a view of the well kept gardens. The best feature was the thermal tap in the bathroom!

Very little to criticise if at all. I would say the hotel rooms probably need upgrading to a more modern standard, but having said that it doesnt look that much out of place with theme around the hotel.

The rooms were excellent; you have thermal water from your own bathtub. The pool, thermal tub, sauna, and hammam were extremely enjoyable; you can enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool late. The hotel also has a tv room as well as a kid's playground. You have access to breakfast, tea time and dinner at the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. It is 5 min drive from the north entrance of the Cotton Castle

The food was the worst I have tasted in Turkey. They try, and you have a nice choice for the buffet but it's very questionable food, nothing traditional but more catering to an international clientele.

The thermal pool looked a bit uninviting so we didn’t use it at all. The hotel was prepared to host local, mainly elderly guests. There were some language barrier issues but the staff were friendly and everything got sorted out eventually.

Herakles is a fantastic hotel. everything just works and everything is well thought out. and it's the only hotel I have ever seen that has natural thermal waters available in the rooms bathtub!! Oh and the dinner is excellent.

perfect hotel

The hotel is a great value for its money. We were there for a night and decided to stay one more day. The buffet at the dinner was good, it was nice, clean and quiet. There is parking, pool with thermal water, everything is as advertised

The good thing that the people at the hotel are generally quiet, but the rooms walls seem to be made out of cardboard. Also the gym was not in at a good condition, the equipment was worn out.

Good value for money for family with kids, Have a thermal bath and a regular pool as well. Good breakfast spread. Only disappointment is the WiFi

The WiFi is very poor. It shows connection but without Internet.

Breakfast very good and the service was amazing.
