The rooms are very comfortable and nice. The staff in the spa area is very friendly and helpful.

After check-out we wanted to use the pool for one hour before our bus leaves but they wanted us to pay another 750 Lira per person for that. I think that's pretty expensive considering we payed for the hotel the night before.

Hotel is clean and rooms are actually better that the picture , we had the upgrade with a suite , Its a Turkish hotel there are a few bus trips so coaches arriving late afternoon but gone early morning Breakfast was fine as was the evening meal ,plenty to choice but remember its a Turkish hotel so choice is very Turkish We had no complaints an the service was excellent and no language barriers Its a safe bet this hotel may not be 5 star but at least 4

It was my 5th time visiting and i still like the hotel, especially how it is located slightly on the edge of the village and the view is great. The rooms are spacious and clean.

People don't wear swimming caps in the outside thermal pool and it is fool of hair as a result. People also leave dirty dishes and alcohol bottles randomly everywhere: near the pool, in the hall. The stuff doesn't enforce rules.

Best place with value for money. This is a very clean and professional place to stay in the region. I would highly recommend it. The pools are a bit smaller than other places I have been to but the positives out weigh anything else. This was my second visit and I would come again the third time without a doubt! Many thanks to all staff who have been incredible with my kids too.

Actually we were a little bit confused because of the others reviews. But when we come here - in the middle of nowhere :) - we were amazed... After more than 5 hours driving the hotel welcomed us so cosy and comfortable that we just like it from first sight. Everywhere is super clean. The room is big enough - double and single bed. We took deluxe double room for 2 adults and one child for 100eur for accommodation with dinner and breakfast. It's a huge hotel with a lot of swimming pools - inside and outside. Sometimes it could be overcrowded, but the place is enough. The restaurant is comfy and with beautiful view. The nature spring and thermal pool with mineral water is splendid. There is a variety of food, not great, but OK. It is just 2 km from North gate to Pamukkale, but it's better to use the central entrance. But have in mind that the swimming area is great, the garden, the sunsets, the program every night - live music, belly dancing... Plan at least 2 nights here!

The tap water is not 🚫 for drinking, but it's typical for a lot of regions. There is bottled water in the room for welcome and it's available for free at dinner and breakfast. We like everything in this hotel :)

It has all the facilities required, the thermal pools were never crowded. Nice live band in the evening, location is wonderful.

The outdoor furnitures were dusty, internet is very slow. Staff in the tea time had no smile. Breakfast has no egg live station. Dinner main course had very limited options

I like the buffet, thermal pools, normal pool and rooms. It is a clean hotel with a kind staff. Food was very fresh and tasty. Will recommend and come back. 🩷

The internet was a bit slow. And i would like airconditioning in restaurant (the weather was hot🥵)

Facilities and location. The spa staff were excellent, friendly from the desk to the staff there at the spa. Always smiles, talk and friendliness and very helpful.

The breakfast didnt meet expectations. The Wifi was very poor.

Hotel had an indoor and outdoor thermal spa- we used the indoor one along with friends and family. late night check in was fast. Breakfast could be better considering the different type of tourists. Dinner was included in package and was fine. walkable distance to the market where you can get souvenirs, swimming dresses, fruits, drinks, etc. Limited options nearby for the food. room / bath area was spacious. good for a short stay.

Location and good room size

Beds are a bit on the small side and mattresses are due for replacement. Hotel caters to big group tours so is pretty busy and noisy at night. Walls have no sound absorption.
