It is a nice clean large room, comfortable bed. The TV is hidden in the mirror. I could check in before kl 14, I was offered tea while waiting when my room was prepared. It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful garden and area and hot pools are very special experience. They welcomed me with a fruit dish in the room. Breakfast and dinner were good. They also serve afternoon tea with own made cookies. The overall experience is luxury and good quality to affordable price.

It is imposible to contact the hotel through booking or email, they don't answer. They speak little english at the reception. There were many cockroaches in the bathroom at night and also in the area. I was trying to explain that in the reception but they didn't understand me before they used google translate. A man came and sprayed with a spray for flying insects but that didn't help much.

I recently stayed at PAM Thermal & SPA Hotel in Pamukkale, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The facilities were spotless, with daily room cleaning ensuring everything was fresh and comfortable. The highlight was the thermal pools—both warm and hot water options were perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. After a day of exploring, soaking in the pools was pure bliss. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Breakfast and dinner were a treat every day, and the service in the restaurant was top-notch. There were also free activities like table tennis, which added a fun touch to our stay. The overall service was nothing short of marvelous, ensuring every moment was enjoyable. If you’re planning to visit Pamukkale, I highly recommend PAM Thermal & SPA for a relaxing and memorable stay! 🌟

The mud pool and thermal pool was awesome! The room was nice and clean and the robes were a nice touch.

The breakfast and dinner was complimentary, but nothing really exciting. In hind sight I would have ate outside the hotel. My husband and I were given twin beds separated by a nightstand - would have been nice to have them together. They should have it written somewhere to bring swimming caps to use the thermal pool - they sold caps there, but I'd rather have brought my own if I knew.

A lovely health resort to unwind in the well maintained thermal spa. A perfect mix of tranquility and activities available to make your day.

Being a health conscious facility, smoking areas should be restricted.

The hotel was better than expected, it looks so cute and well mainteined. The room has enough space to feel comfortable without feeling that is small; was very illuminated and looks very neat and even technologic with the mirror tv and all hehe. We loved it and the thermals are delicious. The breakfast was not the best but they make it out with the good diner options. In the afternoon they also offer some coockies and cakes with coffee wich was nice. The people who works as waiters are so servicial and kind. They had live music at dinner buffet and dance show the two nights we stayed there.

The clock at the thermals its manipulsted for the people to get out 15 mins. before the real closing time. Also there was this rude lady screaming in rude tone of voice kicking everyone out from the water I think its not way to treat people let alone costumers. The mini golf was out of order indefenitely, the game room its very hot and boring. You gotta pay 89Lt to play ping pong?? Not even in a hostel (aka low cost acommodation) they would ever charge for that! You should provide quality entertainment to your costumers specially with that location people has nothing else to do! . On top of that the piña colada from the bar was more like a little bland pineaple juice made in water and it costed 400lt.

There is a lot to like - we specifically loved that there are these thermal springs right on property, making it trivially easy to enjoy them at the end of the day or the start of the day. One of the days, we also had live entertainment playing lovely Turkish music. The staff is friendly, just that you would need Google Translate to translate from English to Turkish.

There are a few things we wish were much better - Vegetarian choices are really few. So while breakfast & dinner are included in the price, the food left a lot to be desired - Dining room staff is really friendly and willing to go help as they can - While facilities are clean, the room size felt smaller relatively to most other places we stayed at while in Turkey

Natural orange thermal spring is the star of this hotel. This is a super relaxing experience. Place is kept quite clean and well managed. Food had plenty of options including veggie ones both included dinner and breakfast. Live music and belly dance was great touch done by professionals. Place is full of retirees who clearly were enjoying the spa, thermal and disco!

Property did not provide late check-out but were happy to do this with an additional charge. Most properties in my world travel provide 1-2 hours of late check-out for free in today's times unless they are fully booked.

Thermal waters were great, lived the option for in room thermal water, food was pretty good- enjoyed all the fresh vegetables, staff friendly considering they get a lot of big bus groups staying one night. There were nice BioGeometry designs that pull in healing energy.

Would have liked shade near the pool area. It was challenging to understand if I was going to be safe walking in town by myself as a sole female.

This was our second stay at Pam and it excels in every area except one. The food is excellent, the thermal pools are superb (and the main reason for coming) and the hotel is clean, spacious and well-maintained. The only drawback - and it would be so easy to fix - is that the staff seem genuinely unhappy. Unusually for Turkish hotels, there are very few smiles, greetings or thank-you's. Presumably this is a management issue, but definitely it hits you the moment the stern and unfriendly woman at the reception desk greets you without a hint of warmth or that usual Turkish hospitality. If they manage to change the attiotude of staff towards guests, this place will be perfect.

The staff friendliness needs to improve - right now the staff seem really cold, distant and unhappy.

If you are going to Pamukkale in the peak season, after 9:00 am it is super crowded all day! I suggest getting there late in the day and spending the night. So that you can get to the gates right when it opens at 6:30. First you have the place pretty much to yourself, but even better you have a glorious view of all the hot air balloons!! We have been doing a road trip through Turkey, so arriving at the Pam Thermal Hotel was a wonderful break! It is a large hotel, with nice facilities a great pool....bar by the pool and even better the thermal pools with mud that you can smear all over. There was also a pool table, ping pong table and foosball to entertain yourself. It was a great value in my opinion! The room was spacious and comfortable. The room included not just breakfast, but also dinner and a belly dancing performance after dinner! Great way to spend a day since there is not much to do in the area in general except for the terraces.

The food could have been better, but what do you expect when they are feeding so many people. They had enough selection that you could find something you liked.
