Staff is excellent

Please provide toothpaste and toothbrush in washroom just like any other hotels

The staff was very friendly and very courteous. Really helpful and did things that I asked them to do and keep me updated on just about anything. The food was great including the breakfast. Best breakfast I had in all the hotels that I have visited before.

Well, for one, we didn't have no a/c. I couldn't believe that we had to pay extra just to have a/c. Then there is the bathroom. I'm extremely disappointed about the bathroom that was in the room. The shower was not strong enough to give water whenever I had to shower. It was also very small and I didn't have enough room to bathe inside. Then you got the toilet paper dispenser. Oh my goodness, maybe I shouldn't be mentioning it here but the tp dispenser was very far from reach whenever I had to do my business. I practically had to ask the housekeeper everyday for to cos it was too little to use. And finally the room. It was very small then there was no cable or satellite tv to watch shows. Several times the wifi went out that it would come back really late when I really needed to use it the most at night and again. I was terribly disappointed by how things was in the hotel.

The support provided by staffs was excellent specially the staff of the restaurant and kitchen

Too much noise around

Nice eating area. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good.

Manager said I only had 1 room with 4 people. I booked 2 rooms with 10 people total. She argued with me even after I showed her our confirmation. Did give us rooms. Not many people there. Bat in the hallway first night. Shower enclosure leaked terribly into the toilet area. Shower controls 2” pulled out of the wall. Carpet mat in toilet area torn around the edges.

Breakfast was cold .

There was no water in toilets and shower water was very low
