Although it is not obvious from the street-level entrance, once inside, the hotel felt very modern and comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. We chose it because of its location close to the Obelisco and the underground bus terminal. In the evening, we discovered a wonderful Chinese restaurant just a block away, which we would highly recommend. The breakfast was fine.

We were there for less than 24 hours, so it was purely for convenience. If you are looking for a nice part of Bs As to stay in, this might not be it. It is right in the business part of the centre, with quite narrow and dirty streets - it is very busy during the day but everything closes at night, so it is not really an area for strolling around.

Great staff. Decent breakfast, a la Argentina - don't miss the fresh orange juice and go easy on the carbs, which as always are present in abundance. They offer a late checkout at a very reasonable additional cost.

While there is little to complain about regarding the hotel, the location is now questionable. Microcentro used to be the place to stay in BsAs, but in the last few years it has turned into a slum and a sewer. On my next visit I will stay in another part of the city. Others would be well advised to do likewise.

Great location, close to many attractions, restaurants and malls. If you go for tourist reasons, it's also close to those two decks hop on hop off bus lines, to Colon Theater (a must go visit) and to Corrientes and Florida Streets. Rooms are a bit small, but it was enough for a three-day stay. Comfortable bed and good shower, everything very clean. For a 3 stars hotel, nice breakfast

They don't have a early bird breakfast option. Our flight was very early, so we lost the last day meal. They could organize an option of quick meal like a sandwich or medialuna and a juice box (it's a suggestion, but it can make a big difference!) Since the hotel it's in the downtown area, be aware walking around late at night

The location is great. Right in the center, close to all the attractions. The receptionist is very helpful and cooperative, especially Ms Andrea who made sure that are our needs are met

The noise from the street especially at the early hours of the morning. The shower cubical is a bit tight

Excellent location near Galleria shopping centre and many shops . Room was small but comfortable . Breakfast was ample .

The room was perfectly comfortable and I slept the night as I had not for a long time. The breakfast was very very good. Mr Charon, the gentleman at the desk was a great help.

The fact that the door at the entrance to the room was defective and three times we were forced to ask the desk for help in getting it open. But this was small potatoes compared to the pleasure of the stay.

Overall, everything was clean and staff was friendly and flexible.

I had some problems with hot water in the shower but got a new room after reporting this at reception. Some of the rooms are pretty worn out (not mine but a colleague had one). During high season it’s a bit expensive for what it’s worth.
