The beaches and how clean it was kept om the outside and lobby and otherthings

Had to change my room the tv wasn't clear snow in picture internet half way worked the poor maItenance man had to come to the new room twice to fix the air condition issue put in a newfridge never got cold and when did tour to possibly bye there Took 4 hours now good. The concierge staff doesn't get pa I'd sad but overall enjoyed my first-time in punta cana coming again soon. Food served cold

Shopping centre has a pharmacy Entertainment was good at family side (karaoke, painting at the beach) Tennis courts Eco friendly resort Lots of variety for food at buffets The Grand Buffet at family side is great - the most friendly staff and you don’t need a reservation as well, the variety of food is incredible

Sometimes staff was rude: didn’t allow us entrance at shiwici Peruvian restaurant because we were 10’ late to reservation, whilst clearly they had free tables Dinner at thalassa restaurant was really bad - we didn’t even touch our plates as it was non-edible, And the staff didn’t bother to ask why.. (brekaoand lunch there was good though) Sometimes there was a Pipe smell at the room and we also had a. broken door handle Laundry service is really pricey

I really enjoyed the facilities, including the beautiful room and all the restaurants. I really recommend the Japanese restaurant. I want to thank Leonel from the Margarita's bar and Alexis who assisted us during a romantic dinner. They were lovely with us. The Wi-Fi was very good, although there are a few locations where the signal is poor. However, it worked absolutely fantastic in our room (we could watch a sports event in FHD). The ambient in the bar is quite calm with beautiful short night shows, and there was always the possibility to move to the Family side of the Hotel to enjoy the night club.

I really recommend improving the operation of the reception. The check-in process was very slow, and we had to wait about 30 minutes just to start checking-in and 15 more minutes doing the actual process. The same situation occurred at the Information table. Sometimes, there were queues for 30 minutes just to ask about a tour or an additional service. The staff was very nice but perhaps the process itself needs to be analysed or they need to allocate more staff to those areas. Also, the website to book tables at the restaurants failed sometimes.

Food options, restaurants at both resorts were fantastic. We had something different everyday/night. The pools and VIP choices were great.

Our room was amazing however outside our door is where they store all the glass water bottles so every morning starting at 630am to 10am the clanging of those bottles were insanely loud so if was difficult sleeping in especially since we were there for our honeymoon. Ocean was beautiful but quite a bit of seaweed which wasn't great but it is what it is.

We enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff, and the food was fantastic!

I didn't particularly appreciate that the hotel allowed females onto the property most likely were not guests and attempting to solicit themselves.

I liked the amenities that hotel is offering Our room was with a pool and it was the best decision that we made. We weren’t limited with pool time like other people. I liked that they had so much options for food. We had pleasant stay thanks to Martina and Noel Garcia. And other staff was nice too. The best food was at La Toscana and Mikado(make sure you have a reservation).

I didn’t like a couple of things. First rude, unprofessional and unpleasant reception staff. They didn’t even listed to us and they charged me for my stay and my friend stay too even though we give them 2 cc. Speaking bad things(in Spanish) in front of us thinking we won’t understand it’s beyond unacceptable. Tao Cat had really bad food, we were hungry after that “dinner”. Rodeo steak house was so so, food was decent not worth the hype at all. 1 of the things I didn’t liked is that most of the people didn’t leave any tips for staff. K I understand that everything is included in your price but you can leave a 1$ or 5$ to your server after your meal. Have some sympathy and common sense

The staff, the facilities, the room

The beach with sea weed and the sea water full of sea weed. The five hour presentation of the club advantage but presented to us as a "welcome breakfast". Only when we arive at the "breakfast" we figure what it really was.

Beautiful grounds. Good service. Great housekeeping staff.

Bathroom could have used a good grout cleaning both in the shower and toilet area. The toilet area had paint dripped all over the walls from when they touched up the ceiling.

The food was very good, and the selection of included drinks was very diverse. The room was also spacious and well kept.

The family side was not separated from the adults only as much as we would've liked, and the air throughout the resort had a slight fecal aroma which was very off-putting. The walking distances to different areas was also quite a trek. And the pool water could've been a little cleaner, me and my girlfriend both left the resort with itchy rashes from the water.
