We booked a night to attend our friend's wedding, because the wedding location is far from the city. we have been greeted by Ms. Nada the reception employee who was very cheerful and helpful. She changed our room to the newer facility rooms and offered many flexible options. We upgraded our room to a more modern room with a garden. the room was clean. the bed was comfy. we enjoyed the following morning on the pool and ordered food & cocktails from the pool's restaurant, which were also very good. It was an overall great experience! Thanx to Nada :)

First of all the When we entered the hotel we met The Night manager MR Hussein and night supervisor MR Ahmed they were really the best of them both. They’re very helpful and caring as well as very professional . They talk really nice and friendly. We feel like we have been the before on this property. The food was delicious and bedroom is very clean. So We really enjoyed and really appreciate. I’m sure we will come back in future.

The staff are friendly the rooms are clean and comfortable well decorated and very relaxing The buffet had lots of varieties with excellent quality and service The pool was clean, and the water temperature was nice. I really liked everything about my stay from the amazing reception from Nada who helped us with the check in process. The room was upgraded and other complimentary items were added giving that the guests were freshly married. I will definitely recommend Hilton Pyramids Golf and I surly will visit again.

All the staff at this hotel were lovely and incredibly welcoming! It's your standard 'Hilton hotel'. Bit of an 'old american chain' feel to it if that makes sense. Room was a tad bit dated, but the bed was comfortable and the rooms were large with a great balcony/view! We went with friends and they had their room upgraded, we were able to see what their room looks like and there is a massive difference between the bottom-tier 'standard' rooms we had, and the next level up rooms. Would absolutely recommend upgrading if you can, the newer rooms are really nice!
