Good lobby area, with acceptable prices in bar. Live music on some days. Good breakfast. There is paintings on sale in lobby area as well (great paintings). Good and well maintained pool area. Staff is very helpful. Towels for beach easily accessible.

That is not the hotel to choose for good beach. Though they provide shuttle service (not hotel beach), but not to the best beach area and it takes 20.minutes to reach there. Sea is walking distance, but not good for swimming purposes. Good restaurants, cafes, live music is at least 30 minutes walking from hotel. Also, there is no balcony in rooms. Thus, if you have wet clothes from swimming, it is a bif of challenge.

The property was well maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The room service food and room cleaners were excellent and were of a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy to catch a taxi from the lobby to the Icon shopping mall as well as other attractions for a small price.

It was a little out of the main action hub but there was a shooing mart and several very good cafes along the road as well as on the foreshore. Dunking Donuts was opposite the hotel, Canvas Cafe was a little walk down the road and Capri Cafe on the foreshore were all of a high standard.

Room was basic.. not that I didn't like it, it did the job but perhaps a bit dated.

Friendly and welcoming staff, we mostly only interacted with the staff during breakfast they were very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean.

The following made our stay a bit uncomfortable. 1) There was a very bad smell in the bathroom that seemed like it was coming from the drain. This smell was horrible. Even after cleaning was done, the smell was still there. 2) The bath plug was not working, so we were not able to have a bath throughout our stay. 3) The WiFi in the room only accommodates two devices, so we have to constantly swap devices, also the tv in the room is a smart tv however the Wi-Fi does does not support any of the apps like Netflix, YouTube etc.

We only stayed for 1 night but the hotel was lovely! very big hotel grounds and really nice long pool although we did not have time to try it out ourselves. Nicely air conditioned and the room had a fridge which we found is a MUST while staying in bali. Staff who checked us in were super friendly. The evening food in the restaurant downstairs was really delicious.

I was travelling with a friend and we requested twin beds but they were made up as a double! Not a big issue as we had separate blankets but feel as though we would’ve had more options elsewhere had we just gone for a double room to begin with. Also, when we had a drink at the bar, after serving us the barman brought over a bowl of peanuts. This was definitely a kind gesture however my friend has a peanut allergy and after seeing him handle the nuts and go back to making drinks without washing hands, it did not feel safe to then have the drinks. The bar staff did not know about the allergy as we didn’t think it would be relevant so it’s not his fault for not knowing!

Incredible Hotel + underpriced for how wonderful it is compared to nearing hotels. Staff are incredibly attentive, making every effort to remember you and ensure you are having a tailored experience suited to your needs. What surprised us was how good their restaurant was. We've actually went there twice when there was some brilliant restaurants nearby, but they didn't compare to the food at the hotel. Also, they take great care with their coffee quality, the manager is a world class coffee judge! The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. They also have a brilliant lobby bar with entertainment most nights which mostly consists of acoustic bands and they strictly turn off the music at 11. They have a great whisky list and I could also enjoy the cigar there. They even have a jumbotron TV showing the latest sports games. The pool is huge with a volleyball net and a basketball ring which my 11-year-old son and myself enjoyed. I would gladly stay here again. In fact, I would make it a mission every time I come to Bali. Thank you so much for looking after me and my family.

We loved the room that was recently refurbished. The hotel a serene atmosphere while being a big property. Pool was lovely with a cafe by the pool with an extensive menu. The gym was the best gym we had ever seen at a hotel with a sauna, ice bath and a jacuzzi. The staff were so lovely. Easy 3 min walk to the beach and about 15 beach walk to Icon shopping centre with so many cafe and restaurant options along the beach walk. Definitely be back again as a choice of stay in Sanur that doesn’t break the bank.

Not many vegetarian options at the buffet, there was the basics. However, the buffet overall was lovely.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The grounds are very clean and the pool area is well maintained. The flowers, trees and the fountain are all lovely and calming after walking through the bustle in town. The buffet breakfast has a staggering array of options - from Indonesian foods including mung bean porridge which was fabulous! To fish and chicken dishes, pancakes waffles and French toast noodles and fried rice - the list goes on an on. Amazing!

The smoking area is near the fountain and our room was opposite the fountain (which is a lovely view). However the smoke was often in our room because of the proximity.

Very Clean Resort, very quiet and seemed family friendly and a lot of older Retirees hanging around. Closeness to the beach and restos. Rooms were very clean and bathroom was good but a little small so if you're a bigger frame person you will have issues and had issues with 2 people trying to accommodate the bathroom. We stayed in a standard room but my friends upgraded to the pool are downstairs and romos were much bigger.

We booked a large Queen bed and they gave us two singles, we called concierge and they sent someone around BUT only pushed the two beds together and kept the 2 x single blankets on it which was CRAP as it made moving around in the bed a nightmare with two sets of Blankets/Sheets coming apart, Really this is not acceptable for a Hotel with 329 rooms ( yes you heard it 329 of them) Place is huge and takes ages to get to your room and walking around could be confusing. Bathroom in the pool suites was huge but not really practical. The Bathroom area to do your makeup etc was in the bedroom area which was very weird and the shower was set in a nice bath but had no holder so you had to do a hand shower. NOT good enough again for a place like this.

Gym is fully equipped with cardio and heavy weights, perfect for gymrats and trainers are available for fitness enthusiasts/beginners. benchpress, incline bench, squat racks, deadlift rack, squat rack and many more - whatever you can expect from a commercial gym can be found there. Swimming pool was great, there were several guests who were there however it did not feel "crowded" as the pool was big and there is a bar right next to it so you can chill by the pool. Towels provided by the bar and are always ready to help/assist you with anything. The spa is clean and staff is proffessional, I myself have not went for their services however many guests i have socialized with recommended it. Prime plaza is a wellness center disguised as a hotel. It is the perfect place to get away to and relax It is also located nearby fast food restaurants, indomarets, a 24h minimart, police and money exchange centers. Perfect for tourists to obtain all their needs before exploring bali

Located away from kuta, seminyak and ubud where most of the touristy activities are, you will have take grab or hotel taxi to get to places where you want to. However i feel that for the price and the facilities that prime plaza offers, it is a small issue to deal with. I would definitely weight that the pros above outweigh this con
