Good lobby area, with acceptable prices in bar. Live music on some days. Good breakfast. There is paintings on sale in lobby area as well (great paintings). Good and well maintained pool area. Staff is very helpful. Towels for beach easily accessible.

That is not the hotel to choose for good beach. Though they provide shuttle service (not hotel beach), but not to the best beach area and it takes 20.minutes to reach there. Sea is walking distance, but not good for swimming purposes. Good restaurants, cafes, live music is at least 30 minutes walking from hotel. Also, there is no balcony in rooms. Thus, if you have wet clothes from swimming, it is a bif of challenge.

Incredible Hotel + underpriced for how wonderful it is compared to nearing hotels. Staff are incredibly attentive, making every effort to remember you and ensure you are having a tailored experience suited to your needs. What surprised us was how good their restaurant was. We've actually went there twice when there was some brilliant restaurants nearby, but they didn't compare to the food at the hotel. Also, they take great care with their coffee quality, the manager is a world class coffee judge! The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. They also have a brilliant lobby bar with entertainment most nights which mostly consists of acoustic bands and they strictly turn off the music at 11. They have a great whisky list and I could also enjoy the cigar there. They even have a jumbotron TV showing the latest sports games. The pool is huge with a volleyball net and a basketball ring which my 11-year-old son and myself enjoyed. I would gladly stay here again. In fact, I would make it a mission every time I come to Bali. Thank you so much for looking after me and my family.

We loved the room that was recently refurbished. The hotel a serene atmosphere while being a big property. Pool was lovely with a cafe by the pool with an extensive menu. The gym was the best gym we had ever seen at a hotel with a sauna, ice bath and a jacuzzi. The staff were so lovely. Easy 3 min walk to the beach and about 15 beach walk to Icon shopping centre with so many cafe and restaurant options along the beach walk. Definitely be back again as a choice of stay in Sanur that doesn’t break the bank.

Not many vegetarian options at the buffet, there was the basics. However, the buffet overall was lovely.

Gym is fully equipped with cardio and heavy weights, perfect for gymrats and trainers are available for fitness enthusiasts/beginners. benchpress, incline bench, squat racks, deadlift rack, squat rack and many more - whatever you can expect from a commercial gym can be found there. Swimming pool was great, there were several guests who were there however it did not feel "crowded" as the pool was big and there is a bar right next to it so you can chill by the pool. Towels provided by the bar and are always ready to help/assist you with anything. The spa is clean and staff is proffessional, I myself have not went for their services however many guests i have socialized with recommended it. Prime plaza is a wellness center disguised as a hotel. It is the perfect place to get away to and relax It is also located nearby fast food restaurants, indomarets, a 24h minimart, police and money exchange centers. Perfect for tourists to obtain all their needs before exploring bali

Located away from kuta, seminyak and ubud where most of the touristy activities are, you will have take grab or hotel taxi to get to places where you want to. However i feel that for the price and the facilities that prime plaza offers, it is a small issue to deal with. I would definitely weight that the pros above outweigh this con

It's in an okay area of Sanur but perfect for what I needed - which was stuff for my baby so it's close to Grand Lucky grocery store which sells so much awesome stuff and it's also close to a laundry place. We loved the pool - the food at the pool bar is great.

The rooms are so far away! We were staying like 1km away from the elevator and the main lobby but we found service elevators closer to our side so we didn't waste time walking back and forth. The property is massive so you could have a room super far down the hallway. I also didn't like how slow things are done - when you ask for something like extra towels, it takes ages for it to come and you have to call a few times.

We've visited Bali several times, but I don’t recall the service ever being this exceptional. The staff were absolutely outstanding, and they truly made both the hotel and the trip unforgettable for us. Initially, we chose this hotel for its price over Christmas compared to others, but now we’ll return because of the incredible staff, impeccable service, and perfect location. There’s absolutely no reason to leave a negative comment about this place. Despite being fully booked, the atmosphere always felt calm and relaxed. You could easily find a table for the buffet breakfast, and the abundance of friendly, attentive staff ensured everything ran smoothly without ever feeling overcrowded. The location is also fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk straight down the road to the beach, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Even the beachside walking path and nearby dining spots never felt overly crowded. This was our second visit to Sanur, and with a 6-year-old, it was effortless and relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back here every time!

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. loved the peaceful gardens and the pool winding through the centre. the staff were friendly, helpful and made the stay so lovely.

It was a little too far to walk to the shopping and restaurant centre of Sanur. Having said that, a taxi ride was easy, quick and cheap.

Hotel was lovely and staff tried so hard to be helpful. It is at the far end of Sanur 50m or so to the beach. There is a lovely pool and it's of fun bits to do, basketball hoop, volley net, and a pool side bar/restaurant. The spa offers a wide range of treatments there is a well equipped gym! The hotel arranged taxi pick up for us which was very helpful.

Sadly we were not given adjacent rooms initially which were requested due to travel with teenagers. In the end after a few days we did all have rooms together due to a sewage issue in one wing and needing to be moved. The rooms were all doubles to start also (we had requested two twin rooms) but the hotel quickly ,over us to allow the teens to have their own beds. Rooms were fairly basic and smallish but had v comfortable beds, fridge and daily water, coffee kettle etc. There were v few plug sockets strangely to bring a multi-convertor or plug for devices!

Prime Plaza Sanur is a wonderful hotel. The arranged the connected rooms for us and my mother (87 years old). The breakfast buffet is great, a lot to choose from. The rooms are nice and spacious. The menu is okay, but if you stay longer than a week, you can ran out of options.

The hotel is not wheelchair friendly/ accessible. My mother of 87 was joining us, and she uses a walker. The pool is not accessible by walker, due to the stone pathway and entering the pool is to difficult (high steps on the stairs). Entering the hotel, their is a steep climb to get there. It is impossible to use this with a walker.

Huge, fantastic pool with pleasent , lukewarm water in a beautiful tropical garden. Pool bar and restaurant.You could use the sunbeds in the shadow or in the sun. Very professional gym, with serious, various machines and you could ask help from personal trainers. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Huge variety of tasty warm and cold meal cookies, fruits at breakfast. The hotel provide shuttlebus to the supermarket and the beach.

You could get the beach with shuttlebus or taxi or your rented scooter because a little bit far.
