The hotel offers attentive staff who ensure a comfortable stay, along with spacious rooms that provide ample space for relaxation. Its good location is a key advantage, as it is situated next to the metro station, making transportation convenient. Additionally, the area features lots of restaurants and café shops, offering plenty of dining options nearby.

The water pressure in the room was very weak, which made showering and using the sink quite inconvenient. Additionally, the complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, sugar, and cream) were not renewed, which was disappointing, as even hotels with smaller categories typically refill these items every day. The bed wasn't confortable for me

The staff were very nice and helpful. My room was very clean and housekeeping was flexible. Having a small fridge and kettle helped with some personal catering, like breakfast and drinks. The view from my room on the 7th floor was into the 'real Barcelona' and also had views to the cathedral and Tibidabo in the distance. The rooftop terrace and bar also provided tremendous views

The hotel is rated 4 stars+, which it may have once, but now doesn't deserve. It is very tired and dated and could do with a significant refurbishment. My room didn't at all resemble the photos. The rooftop pool was small and shallow.

I liked the hotel, the location, the food and breakfasts are excellent. The beer tasting is incredible!

Overall, the hotel is wonderful and I will always come back here. There is one BUT!!! We asked for a parking space, but there was none. But that is not the worst thing, the most unpleasant thing is that we drove into the parking lot and parked in a place (as it turned out, this place was for the director's car), a person from the staff (who speaks Russian) came and started yelling at us and threatening. He kicked us out of this place, as if we were not hotel guests!!! It was extremely outrageous and unpleasant!!! I think that the director was very happy to provide guests of his hotel with a parking space.

ideally positioned, well looked after rooms, well working AC, good glutenfree bf options, extremely friendly and helpful staff, closest to Metro, and that like is ideal to visit the city and get to official apppintments.

yes, it was somehow noisy outside. But what do you expect when going in the middle of the Barcelonian „Broadway“ in a city that is full of life and tourists. But how is that a surprise? So not really a negative thing to be critizised. one negative thing: regularly long waiting times at the lifts, especially in the morning when people leave for their activities.

The location is ok, 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Breakfast was very good, liked it a lot. The room was very spacious, three large closets for three people. Bathroom was also large and clean. Iron provided also.

I didn't like the fact that you couldn't open the window in the room. I told the receptionist about the problem, he looked confused as of it had been the first time he heard about it, wrote down to check it and no reaction until we left. No natural light whatsoever, you couldn't tell what the weather was like outside. No shower cap in the bathroom which is inconvenient for a 4 star hotel. Complimentary water only offered on arrival. For this price it should be on daily bases.

The pool and roof terrace are fantastic. Very clean rooms and whole building, actually. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You can continue to use the facilities after checking out, which is brilliant. Balloons was a lovely touch on my birthday, thank you! Very easy to get around Barcelona, due to the metro being right outside the hotel door.

The area didn’t seem great in the evening but it was the NOISE! We were only on floor 2 and faced the road unfortunately. I have NEVER stayed in a noisier hotel. It was constant, and not just road noise, ambulances, motorbikes and buses. It was people shouting, fighting, screaming. All night. Only ‘quieter’ time was early morning.

The location right next to the metro station provided a great opportunity to get out and enjoy Barcelona without renting a car or walking a long way for public transportation. The morning hot breakfast provided a great start for the day. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help. We had a room with a king sized bed.

The automatic coffee machine downstairs in the lobby stopped working every night at 1800. There was no microwave in the room. The pillows were too soft for my neck.

Good location, very close to Port (if embarking on a cruise like we were), just next to a metro station, with supermarkets and restaurants in the area, and a straightforward walk to the Arenas shopping. Nice breakfast too and very helpful staff.

The shower was not the easiest to work out (water heating as well as bath vs shower option). Besides, Booking offered us an "upgrade" for extra 9€ for a room with "city view", which I realised there that just meant that the room was facing the main street (2nd floor), so it was very noisy at night - I wouldn't stay in the same room again. If I needed to stay there for more than 1 night, I would have asked to change rooms.

Great location, tube stop just outside the entrance, very polite and helpful staff, smiling and ready to help and answer any questions. Pool area on the roof with deck chairs to relax in after a busy day. Breakfast area on floor 1 but didn’t try this so cannot comment. Lovely spacious rooms, big shower with hot water, comfortable spacious beds. Offer different varieties of pillows to suit your needs. Easy and fast check in and check out. Allow you to store luggage at the property prior to check in. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our room was on floor 1 and you could hear the metro passing underneath but this didn’t bother us.

I have never stayed in a hotel with such great staff! We were traveling with our baby and they showed a lot of kindness, support and flexibility in all our requests. Sara was one of the receptionists in the evenings and had always a great smile to welcome us back, playing with the baby and was super kind in preparing a little surprise for the baby’s monthly-birthday. Anagyros from the restaurant staff was always welcoming us super well every morning, always attentive to the details and proactive in helping. We had a quick interaction with Carlos from the reception, who also was super kind and tried to help us as much as he could. Other than that, the hotel also has great breakfast, the room is comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Barcelona!
