Staff very helpful. Returning for 2 more nights in late October.

I have been traveling and stayed at many places. Sorry, it is difficult to be specific. I know my overall feeling. However, there was an issue that remains with me. My request for full bed, not 2 double beds. For the cost of the room I was disappointed that I didn't know.

The rooms were so nice and clean, the beds were really comfy which made it hard to get out of bed. The location is in a good place; it is quiet enough to not be disturbed at night but still close to the centre with good travel connections. The room itself was good size, came with everything you needed and the bathroom was a good size. The balcony was a good addition, although the view was the street and block of flats across. Tatiana M was super friendly and got us checked into our room even though we had arrived early. She told us all the cool spots and how to get to places. She was really friendly and explained things well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at the front desk are super helpful and courteous namely Miguel, Pablo, Alvaro, Olajita. Check in was smooth and easy and the room as as expected, peaceful and fabulous. I love the location of this property. There is a HUGE mall nearby (5mins leisurely walk) with a food court. Lots of eateries, shops and super markets in the neighbourhood and super safe. The chef too was very kind and there was good spread for breakfast. Though limited options for Vegetarians and Vegans.

A better spread for vegetarians and vegans

Room was spotless and had a balcony which was great, especially during hot weather. Staff was really helpful and nice. We arrived at the hotel before check in hours, room wasn't ready yet, but reception let us leave our luggage in safe place until we could check in. Location was good, not in the city centre, but easy access to bus and metro that takes you directly to city centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby + 24h shop just over the road.

Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was. Instead of duvet cover they used 2 bed sheets with duvet in between, not very convenient if you are moving a lot at night 😂 Also, walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors in the room next to ours, talking loudly until very late at night and banging.

Good location only 15 minute walk from Sants station and 10 minutes to metro for getting to city centre. Good size room and bathroom.

Shame there are no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

The location is amazing, just 5 min walk from the nearest metro station. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, there was a balcony. The bed vas very comfortable and the pillows as well. What was exceptional was the stuff. They went beyond and over to meet our needs. My mother broke her leg on our holiday, they helped me with a room close to the elevator, taxi and making us feel welcome. Thank you very much for everything, once again!

Perfect escape served by helpful staff on a silver platter. The location is very accessible by use of busses, metro and train. I love that it's not so far from the city yet gives a laid back vibe compared to the busy Barcelona areas. All the staffs are accommodating but one that stands the most is Daniela, always assisted me with her warm smile 😃 She makes the best cappucino.

Would be nice to have a pool

This is a very good hotel. The experience is very good. The location is around the bustling business district, and there are many bus stops within a 5-minute walk, which is suitable for reaching any corner of the city. The room cleaning is great, and the cleaning staff is very friendly. The hotel front desk is very friendly and helped me and answered all my questions.

The property was clean, well located if you’re planning on using busses asa your main method of transportation. The room was clean with enough space for 2 people and a nice little balcony. The hotel has multiple restaurants,bakeries and supermarkets nearby with a big mall 4 mins walk away.

Nothing I can think of but maybe the breakfast buffet was lacking options, we only saw it and decided to go to the nearby bakery.

I had booked a superior room and everything that was promised was fulfilled. The only slight disappointment was that one of the beds was a sofa bed but that didn't really matter. Our room was not affected by outside noise so we had no disturbances through the night. Staff were very friendly. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after we had checked out.

Nothing really. The shower cubical screen let some water escape but that didn't really bother us. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment about that.
