Good breakfast with many options, the bar at the lobby serves all day with also many options to drink and eat, and not overpriced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good location, right by the metro and walking distance to the city center and Gran Via.

I stayed there in December and the rooms were very cold. The actual blanket (duvee) was very thin and the airconditioner only went up to 25 degrees celcius, which was not enough to heat the room. The coffee at breakfast should be better. The luggage area in the rooms need more light.

The rooms were quiet. The designated area for working was clean and had accessible ports. The gym was 24hours and the swimming pool was available when we asked.

The internet connection was not completely stable. There were several moments where connecting and disconnecting from the wifi became problematic for video call connections, but we managed in the moment.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a very good stay in general. Staff are friendly, breakfast is very good. The location is great, very central. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and inviting.

The windows of the hotel are not amazing, we could hear noise from the outside until a certain hour. The hotel has 3 lifts but many floors so the lifts are many times fool. They dont have “oficial stairs” so twice we had to take the staff stairs, not in very good shape. The indoor pool was a little disappointing because children can only go in the morning and the indoor pool was one of the motives we choose the hotel. Everything else was very good.

- The location was perfect. The metro station was just a few steps away from the hotel. - The atmosphere of the hotel was elegantly relaxed. The staff was really helpful and considerate. Special thanks to Level-host Manu, whose bright personality always delighted us. - The room was really spacious and the bathroom just like a mini spa. - The Level-lounge was a nice place to sit for a while and enjoy the hotel's hospitality.

- The general appearance of the hotel was very nice, but the interior of the rooms could use some updating.

The hotel is well placed for visiting the city on foot or by subway. The level of service from the staff is excellent: from front desk to doormen, to cleaning staff, everyone was polite and helpful. We booked the Level and were very happy with the extra comfort offered by the full-day lounge access and guest services. We had a great view over the city, and the room was compact, but light and airy. Breakfast was good, and the drinks and snacks on offer through the day were very welcome. The Pool and spa area was clean and well managed so it was never crowded.

The only small disappointment was that the swimming pool didn't open until late morning, which made it more tricky to book a convenient spot. An early morning opening time would have been easier to fit into our schedule.

Location 5/5. The location is very good. It is located 2 minutes from the metro that takes you to one of the main streets (La Gran Vía). Staff 5/5. The attention of the staff is incredible. I had a problem with my shower one of the days I was there, and the hotel sent me a courtesy for the inconvenience. They were really interested in making sure I didn't have a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly. Gym 3/5. It is what is expected from it. A basic gym, few machines, but it's opened 24 hrs and the kettlebells are in good shape and they've got several weights.

Breakfast 3/5. The breakfast isn't bad, but it doesn't have many healthy options either. It has eggs to your liking, except hard or boiled eggs, a couple of fruits to choose from, and sweet bread. The coffee specifically is close to a 2/5, in my opinion they should improve on that. Noise 2/5. This was the point I liked least about the hotel. The noise when someone close the door is too loud, so much that it wakes you up. If you want to wake up after 7 or 7:30 am, including week days, it will be difficult.

What I found superb was reception supervisor helping me to get the road assistance for our car that would not start. It was Sunday plus we did not speak Spanish. It took a lot of time for her to get through to the assistance operator, and she had to call them again and again. I think we would not manage without their help. This readiness to help the client with things not directly in their responsibility is so much appreciated

Booking platform suggested I am getting a rate with the breakfast included. However after I paid, booking.com confirmation did not include breakfast. This actually happened to me in this platform before too, and in the past the hotels would still confirm breakfast was included. This time I had to pay at the check-in for the breakfast, as the hotel did not have info that it was included. The rate I paid was very generous, so it was a shame. Booking.com still has not responded to my complaint that I filed with them re this situation

Loved the hotel. We booked a family room, the room was spacious. When we checked in they already had the extra bed & crib ready, they went the extra mile & put a changing table in the bathroom with infant shampoo & necessities. They even had giveaway toys. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is excellent. housekeeping in excellent. I asked for an iron and it was in my room in minutes. Location is superb as well 5 mins walk from gran via & 10 mins walk from royal palace. Will definitely stay here again.

I only wished the room had a coffee machine. It had a kettle & instant coffee& tea though. Other than that everything was wonderful

The staff were amazing, always with a smile and very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious with all you would need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, our only observation would be the coffee - honestly it was undrinkable, it was from a machine and I still feel that a 5 star hotel should offer a barista style experience, even if you have to wait for your coffee , I would certainly prefer this rather than a machine produced cup of brown water. The location for us was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see, but far enough away from the Gran Via to feel we were in a less buzzy/busy area.

The team at the hotel are exceptional super caring and extremely attentive to making your stay the best it possibly could be. The size of the rooms and the commodities that you are getting within the rooms is advantageous when you are travelling for work as you always have good lighting and some working space. The new areas at the bottom of the hotel where you can take Zooms and calls with easy port access to charge devices is a real plus. I thoroughly enjoy my stay at this hotel each time I get the privilege of staying here.

Sadly, the chair material in my room was falling off, but I have 0 complaints. The hotel could have better signalling for taxis, and for the hotel when you are walking other than that, it is truly for me as I have stayed in many of the traditional Madrid hotels, one of the most underrated hotels. Along with this, being told about THE LEVEL club would be good beforehand as I would like to have the possibility to use the facilities even if you have to pay additionally more.
