The hotel is beautiful in every sense. The natural views surrounding the property are breathtaking, the spa and facilities are amazing, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed in the apartment building, which does not provide room service for food (cleaning is available though). It would have been perfect if the same food service was offered in that building as well.

Very efficient on Reception, especially Nicole. Happy Hour drinks and snacks were a surprise and a delight! The thermal spa trail in and around the grounds was really delightful and all were very clean.

Huge rooms in our apartment, except the bathroom which was tiny! As a Wellness Resort, we don't think smoking should be allowed in the spa area gardens. Only paper cups in the apartment, which was disappointing. No facial tissues is a bad omission too. Otherwise everything was superb!

Stunning historic hotel in a very beautiful location. Nice room with lovely views and a spacious bathroom. Good breakfast with plenty of options and lovely fresh food all served in a grand old ballroom with frescoed ceiling - very lovely. Beautiful gardens and and immaculate and delightful spa complex both indoor and out.

The requirement to wear a bathrobe to the complimentary apperativo! The staff turned us away for our reserved apperativo booking because we would not wear our wet bathrobe. We had instead showered and dressed neatly to attend, but alas we turned away then when I complained we were begrudgingly allowed to sit in a little back room to have a drink. I asked if we could instead just have a drink in the bar but was told this was open but not staffed as they were all serving in the apperativo venue - all very annoying and odd. I can understand them allowing bathrobes as it is a spa, but to require them - no! Limited dining options and very expensive. The spa became very busy with a lot of visitors from outside the hotel.

room was great, concierge, cleaning staff and masseuse were wonderful. Breakfast was abundant. Facilities were very numerous with many options and fantastic grounds to wander in. Loved the forest walks all around.

Breakfst and choices were limited. For example only one type of cheese, in Italy; only scrambled and or hard boiled eggs and no possibility to order differently. Brioche was mediocre; for the price a bit of a disappointment but no shortage of sweets and pastries. Front desk staff, with the exception of one lovely person were curt, on the border of rude and not very interested in listening or entertaining any requests.

The hotel is located in a beautiful natural park area, and has its own excellent well-groomed park. The views and air are extraordinary. There are different pools in the park, sun beds are located on the grassy lawns. This and the thermal baths are the most attractive in the hotel. Our room was in an annex building, the amenities were as advertised, it was cozy. But the rooms were small, which did not match the photos on the website. For lovers of hiking and cycling, the conditions are excellent.

The nature and the thermal baths excuse the shortcomings, but... The quality of the food in the restaurant did not match the level of the hotel. The choice of food at breakfast was poor. After 9 o'clock in the morning you may not receive any of the products - they are not reported as needed. Showcases where breakfast is served look very sloppy. As for dinners, it is better to take the menu of the day. It will be food prepared on the same day with fresh ingredients, and some of these dishes were quite tasty.

We had an apartment in the adjacent building on the -1 floor but was really cosy and full of wood design. elevator and private parking space in the nearby garage (20m walk) was great. Staff was really nice but not all speak the English language. Mostly Italian. Spa facilities ware great, and much more that the pictures shows. several indoor and outdoor pools and sauna's (All NO fully nude so bring a bathing suite).

Pay attention on booking.com about what you book, Breakfast and Spa facilities are sometimes not included. Breakfast prices pp are €26,- but you have a great choice of food, sweets and fruit. (not standard continental breakfast). Staff are not always speak English what is sometimes troubling for international guests.

The apartment in the Villa of the Grand Hotel was amazing, great view of the mountain, well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The thermal baths and spa facilities are numerous and exceptional! The breakfast, in a very majestic room, was also excellent.

The towel dryer in the bathroom was not working, but we simply got new dry towels/robes from the reception/spa. It was hard to find the prices for the minibar fridge.

The apartments were well equipped and beautifully prepared. Breakfast was exceptional and the dining hall was exquisite. Staff very friendly and I was offered underground parking for my car. The hotel is stunning to see and the backdrop is amazing. A must visit location.

The restaurant was fully booked on the night I stayed, however there were excellent choices in town (which is 10 mins drive away and a 20E taxi trip).
