Our stay at B&B Hotel Milano Portello was quite good. The hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing and the room was just what we needed for a couple of days. The beds were super comfortable, there was a mini-fridge and expresso machine in the room with waters and coffee provided. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the location was good, close to two metro stations and quiet at night. There was also a small area in the lobby to buy snacks, drinks and other small things. The staff went above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel.

There were slight flaws such as the weak air conditioning and the window shutters that we couldn't figure out how to close. But it didn't impact the quality of our stay that much.

I felt safe and secure on my own. It was quiet and the facilities were trouble free. All the staff were friendly. Very good access from the city center. The M1 Lotto is within walking distance and the train will take you right to the sights in no time, and of course the M4 Portello was convenient to get to the central station. I enjoyed lots of coffee for free in my room. The store was well stocked and I was in the mood for a glass of wine in the evening so I could drink it.

It is a nice, comfortable hotel in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is nothing much around, so you need to get a taxi or metro to get to places. Its close to M1 Lotto station (7-8 mins walk) so its easy to reach the city center or Fiera Milano. The breakfast is simple but fresh. The room and bathroom are well-sized and in an up-to-date condition. It has also a private parking that you can book extra. The price reflects the comfortness of the hotel and the distance from the center. All in all this is what you would expect from a city hotel and this hotel fulfills every expectation.

The room was spacious and pleasant (I had a double room for single use, which was very comfortable.) and the hotel staff were attentive, efficient, helpful, and friendly. This hotel isn’t located directly in the city center, but it’s easily accessible by public transport and convenient.

Of course, if you book during Design Week, you can expect to pay a premium. That’s why the price-performance ratio wasn’t particularly great—but that’s to be expected.

The hotel is located between two Metro stations and the local area has reasonable facilities. The breakfast is very generous and really nice.

Don't bother with the self check-in, which we found confusing and difficult to use. The air conditioning seems to be set at too warm a setting for temperatures in March and April. Although the window can be opened and a shutter is available, I would be cautious about staying during the summer.

Staff is nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. There was plenty of choise at breakfast, restaurant staff was also frienfly and helpful. It was nice, that there is a little lobby, where you can chat and have a drink (which you can buy at the reception). There is also a luggage room, where you can leave your luggages after checking out. Overall it was a good choice for a few days stay.

Although we reserved a room with 3 separate beds, we recieved a room with a double bed+1 single bed. As soon as we went down to the reception and reported this, we were immediately given a room with 3 separate beds. The hairdryer is very poor. The plug in the bathroom could not operate the hair straightener so it has to be used in the room, where there wasnt any mirror.

The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. The hotel was only a couple blocks from two different metro lines making it super easy to get around the city. There were shops and restaurants in the neighborhood that I walked to quite a bit, and I felt very safe walking around.

It was in the mid-to-high 80's when I was there, and the air conditioner didn't really work. It was more of a fan than an air conditioner.

location is good, you can reach the city center by tram in about 20 min, breakfast is enough to start your day, not a lot of vegetables but fair for the price. You can park free overnight in front of the hotel, and then 2Eur / hour (8-18) . The area looked safe

we had some happy noisy girls next to us but after knocking in the wall they stopped. I guess they were not aware we can hear them :). The rooms are not really sound proof. If you have a room next to the main road you can hear the cars passing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional and always responded promptly to any request. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the city. I would especially like to thank Melisa at the front desk — her service was outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again in the future.
