Very good services overall. The room is quiet and the check-in process was easy. I recommend it for families. Maybe a bit pricey for other options in the area.

The reception employees (o or maybe it's the barmaid who is next to the front desk) play hardcore Reggaeton, even during the early morning hours. This gives a terrible impression of the place. It makes the hotel look more like a "cantina" than a hospitable place. Management should talk to them to tell them to lower the "rumba" and play smother music, as they do in the restaurant.

The location of the hotel was perfect and short distance to the University I was visiting as well as all the other places I visited in Medellin. I loved Medellin in general. My room was good; I liked the fact that alot of thoughts was made to put almost every amenity one can find in a sitting room, bedroom, Lounge and restroom. I admired the cleanliness neatness of the sheets and towels and because they were being replace on almost daily basis. The bed too was made up every single day. The breakfast was extraordinary and just superb.

I hated the fact that communication with the staff was very difficult given that all they could speak was Spanish meanwhile, the hotel is open to everyone including foreigners.

It's a nice basic hotel with an upscale vibe. The staff were great, and most spoke at least some English. The hotel is across the street from a big art museum and a row of charming semi-outdoor cafes, with other shops and amenities nearby, including a 24-hour grocery a short walk away. I would definitely stay there again.

The relatively small room did not have some featuress like a bar or refrigerator, nor an iron that I could see. (I did not ask about the latter, and probably could have gotten one from the staff if need be.) Small things like a pad and pen would have been useful.

how the staff ignores the travelers rights with the Colombian taxes. us as Colombians living abroad asking for migration stamp when used biometric system and no stamp is provided, but several other hotel ask for copy if the check-mig and ID and proceed with the exception.

Good location. Easy check-in and check-out. A good nights sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. Room key is needed in elevator which is good for security.

The safety box, TV, and one of the lights by the side of the bed didn't work.

This is a very nice hotel, with very good rooms and a very good breakfast buffet every morning. In a southern area of Medellin. It takes a 5-10-min taxi to get to the area of El Poblado for evening dinners. It's also good value overall, given the price of hotels in Medellin felt more expensive than the rest of the country.

The breakfast wasn’t the best, however they tried to offer me more options.

Needed places close to the bed to plug your chargers for phone etc, and shower towels were a bit small. I am Colombian but have lived overseas for many years and they still charged me tax which hadn’t been the case in other hotels i have been staying. These are just a couple of observations to what was otherwise a very nice, clean and organised hotel with great staff.

The breakfast is expensive but really good. Bed is comfortable. It's quite during the night. It's very easy to take a taxi or metro.

There is not coffee or water to drink anytime, the air conditioning doesn't work properly, there is no a fridge in the rooms, windows are sealed so there's no ventilation. It's very noisy during the day as there are many construction works arround.
