The location is wonderful and superb.. always stay here thus know the drill. The staff are helpful although the staff are receptionist should be more welcoming, talk in nicer tone.

I always book executive room however the feeling is nothing executive, had coffee maker however no coffee capsule, only usual packet coffee... n empty fridge.

The Executive Quadroom with sofa bed was just the right size for a family of 4. The room was spacious, quiet and clean, but the room was a bit old. Location -wise, this hotel might be the most strategically placed in Bukit Bintang. The hotel is located right between Farenheit and Lot 10 malls and only 5 minutes walk to Pavillion mall. The MRT (underground) and LRT (overhead) train stations are also 5 minutes walk away so you can travel to more places. There are also some small food stalls just outside or a Starbucks next to the lobby if you want an early breakfast (or the Lot 10 food court if you're adventurous).

The bathroom doesn't have a door, only the shower and toilet does. The hotel has the bare minimum facilities, no swimming pool, no gym, no breakfast, no lounge. The Bukit Bintang area can be super busy, so be prepared to be stuck in traffic arriving and departing the hotel. The car dropoff area was in the small side street adjacent to the hotel, and the car park was cramped and costed us RM16 to park inside (even if we didn't park overnight). The laundromat is also 10 minutes walk away and a hassle to find. The first few I found were either too busy or closed.

The location is superb, however it only gets quiet somewhere around 2-3am due to the chaotic traffic around b.bintang. The staffs are friendly, shoutout to the lady (probably a supervisor) at the counter for being super helpful with my check ins.

I love everything about the hotel. But if i really have to nitpick at something, it’s just the tiny ants. It’s not like there’s a trail of them, i probably jz saw 2 or 3 crawling in the room. It’s not really a bother but yeah, wish there were none!

This is my second time staying with you, and I am consistently impressed by the quality of service and the friendliness of your staff. During my first stay, I was with my sister, who was pregnant at the time. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The level of care and attention we received was truly exceptional. In particular, I would like to commend one of your staff members, Halim. On our second visit, Halim remembered us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. His exceptional memory and attentiveness did not go unnoticed, and we were very happy and excited by the warm and personalized service we received. Please convey my gratitude to Halim and the entire team. I look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future and will certainly recommend it to others.

Clean and easy to walk around pavilion. Room was spacious enough.

Staff could be friendlier. It seems that they are not well trained. Doesn’t know how to greet customers every tome. Hospitality still needs to improve. No one at the entrance to help me when I have many things to carry and a child to hold. They only assist during check in and check out. Which I feel they can do better. Room not very soundproof. Can hear next room sneezing.

The staff working during the day are very friendly. I wish to show my great appreciation for Mr Khairee Ismail from Reservations. Mr Mintu from the Concierge desk has been very helpful with his service and advices. The last two days were more comfortable with a better room and thanks to the staff in the lobby.

I would expect a better service when arriving in the early hours of the day, after a long flight which has been delayed. When booking for a deluxe room, I don't expect to be told on arrival that it is subject to availability and be allocated a room with 2 single beds. It's awkward to have a wash basin in the room. My last 2 days, my wife and I were shifted to a deluxe room as we expected to have throughout the 7days stay.

Location is great if you like crowded streets, lights and night life. Just get out of the hotel and you've the Pavilion just in front of you. We had 2 rooms and both were great, clean and you find everything you need in a hotel of this level. the view is great, both sides, one on Bukit Bintang and the other one on Warisan Merdeka Tower. We had breakfast included but left before it was available and therefore cannot rate it. Service is precise and available.

Just found weird we only had 1 big towel for each person. I'm sure requesting to add more, it would not have been a problem. As we had just an overnight stop it wasn't a real problem.

The location is superb nearby soo many coffee shops and restaurants and 3 mins walk to pavilion mall. Staff were welcoming us all the time and rooms were extra clean with amazing scent in the corridors. Spacious rooms with most of bathroom ammenities available.

The pilllow was a little bit hard which suits most people not me. My room bathroom didnt have any lock system which families with kids might be distrubed. And at mid night some reckless drivers make sound with their cars which disturbed my family. But overall stay was amazing for me and my family.

I had a pleasant stay at ANSA Kuala Lumpur! The hotel offers good value for money, with comfortable accommodations and solid amenities. The location was excellent—close to key attractions, dining, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. While not ultra-luxurious, the service was efficient, and the overall experience was enjoyable. Would recommend for travelers seeking a well-located, budget-friendly option in KL.

The hotel is in a perfect location: it is near the center, has mini market and food options nearby and one can enter the metro just after exiting the hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bath was great, and the cleaning personnel was doing a great job every day. The personnel at the reception were very helpful. The Wi-Fi was great. Almost everything was perfect.

The only thing that I didn't like is that the room was noisy even being at the 10th floor. The street under it has too much traffic and sounds even during the night and the single windows is not the best option.
