The hotel is on the edge of the main party area of Cancun. We enjoyed being able to walk to the entertainment/restaurants without having to hear the club music all night. The hotel was quiet with a beautiful beach. The food was excellent and the staff were very kind.

Our particular room was on the corner of the property overlooking the street (non-ocean side). This was fine but the building out the back, I believe, was a septic building. We couldn't use our balcony much as the feces smell was overwhelming. Fortunately, the smell did not come into the room and we spent most of our time at the beach.

The best thing: all the staff :) Beach and pool area + beach restaurant.

Reinforce that you can’t reserve sunbeds. There is always a special one, americans in their majority, who think it’s a good idea, to reserve sunbeds, go to sleep or have breakfast for 3 hours and then come back. Not only is this a mandatory rule in every corner of this world but more than that is common sense, but since not everyone has it, it needs to be reinforced. Because I don’t mind taking the towels away, and have arguments with whoever I have too, but not everybody is up for it, and ends up not having a place by the shade because of special people with very low brain activity, and selfishness level on the max.

The property was not the most modern but it had everything we needed. The staff was great and the food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent every time. Beautiful spot right on the beach, and they kept the beach clean. Bathrooms were fully equipped and great ventilation. Room had excellent air conditioning and we had a fridge, microwave, plates/cups/silverware. Grounds were being constantly cleaned. Perfect for long stays.

The only negative is if you want to be in the center of action be prepared to take a taxi every time at approximate $20 usd ( Cancun beach area as well as downtown). However it is a short walk to a little market and couple of restaurants.

Amazing location, the most beautiful and peaceful beach. The staff was lovely. Amazing. The hotel is very well kept, it is peaceful. The rooms are specious, beds comfortable. It’s also in a very close proximity to all the souvenir shops, groceries, taquerias. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of an excellent local food, fresh fruit every day. Next time I’ll be visiting Cancun this will be the place where I’d love to return to. Thank you so much for having us.

Great location, nice beach, big rooms and clean.

There’s a beach volleyball net but they don’t have any volleyballs for rent which would have been nice. I booked a room with breakfast. Upon arrival, we were given wristbands to access the included breakfasts. On the second day, I lost my wristband and asked for a replacement. I was told I would need to pay $365 pesos per night for a new one, despite having already paid for the breakfasts. After speaking with a manager, they did issue a new wristband without any problem. However, I found it frustrating and disappointing that they initially tried to charge for something that was already included in my stay. Not great hospitality.

The location is by far the best beach in Cancun. I also like that it's not all-inclusive. I like walking to different places to eat if we want. I love the quality of food here. It is very good, not like all-inclusive crap. I had a group of 9 adults/ teens. We averaged $250 a day with drinks/ steak nachos, guacamole, whatever we wanted. Sometimes, we took PB and J's, and sometimes, we were stuffed from the night before.

1. I would like some sort of loyalty program for coming there every year and bringing friends. 2. That they are trying to limit the nightly food menue. If something is good, don't change it. If you want to charge more at night, I understand that. There is food there that we have been eating for over a decade, we crave it and can't wait to come back to have it again. Steak nachos, the grilled fish with rice and vegetables. I do think that the hamburger has changed, last year, when we got it, it was kind of mushy. We avoided it this year, just in case. But who wants to eat a hamburger when you're in mexico anyway?

Everything, this is our 12th time. Our kids have been coming with us since they could walk, now they are adults. We have brought several sets of friends. All but 1 loved it also. I love how safe I feel, I love how it is a small resort, I love how we have never been stolen from. This is our second home.

That we had to come home, and that one night, the party barge parked out front. Music thumping. Couldn't relax on the beach. Oh, and I was upset we have been coming there for over a decade, and I always order the same fish. They are trying to change the dinner menu. We love the food. My kids and I want the same food we have always had. If you want to raise the price at night, then do that. Don't take away our favorite foods.

Spacious room with a nice integrated living room and kitchen. The hotel has an excellent location, right in front of the beach, with great leisure facilities (pool, tables, beach loungers). Good breakfast. Overall, the staff was attentive and friendly.

We had a less than ideal experience at check-in. We arrived in the middle of the night and, despite being a couple with two daughters, the sofa bed wasn’t made, and the staff didn’t know how to prepare it. They had to move us to a different room — we were tired after a delayed flight. The poolside restaurant service wasn’t great; I often had to get up and go to the restaurant to place an order. They use a hard plastic wristband with a number to identify guests. The wristband had a sharp edge that frequently scratched us, even after trying to trim it. Another hotel we stayed at used a fabric wristband with a wooden tag engraved with the number — much nicer and didn’t cause any discomfort.

location. fewer rooms than mega resorts, so easy to enter, exit to room, pool, beach, parking. breakfast is a good deal if purchased included with room. bad deal if purchased separately. staff was nice. great location, especially if you dont want to leave much. all hotels, restaurnats bars, near by. we rented car and actually stayed elsewhere for 2 nites (tulum area, and Valladolid. although we paid for full 7 days. compared to other ones, it seemed reasonably priced. few kids, thats a plus. steps to beach. well lit, well guarded.

first room we got was ground floor (althurgh i reserved with balcony) and literally 20 ft away from and right in front of parking lot and registration booth. loud and super busy . we stayed 5 minutes and said no way we are going to rest here. asked to be moved, staff member made a big deal out of it but eventually gave us what we paid for and much quieter location with balcony. they clean the rooms but dont sweep or mop. kinda big deal since we track sand in, and eventually ends up on bed.

This was the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel and it's been great each time.
