Comfortable room clean and well appointed.

Breakfast was rather limited, no hot items. Desk was tiny and not really big enough to work on.

The location of the hotel is very nice - close to the city center, a walking distance to many Amsterdam attractions. Nice view from the window - inner courtyard and a canal. The breakfast is super. The hotel was fully booked and the personnel did a very good job streaming the flow of visitors. The hotel cooperates with a taxi company and helps to organize transfer to the airport at a fixed price. The driver was perfectly on time, the car is very clean.

The room is quite small for two people. There were no slippers provided which was very uncomfortable considering that the bathroom floor was ice cold. The room wasn't cleaned properly, we had to ask to mop the floor in the bathroom. The beds are not comfortable enough and they move all the time.

Location was great to walk to the hustle and bustle but to be slightly set back and closer to the larger canal at the NEMO to see the array of boats. Easy walk from Central Station too. Plenty of restaurants just a few mins walk. Basic facilities at the hotel, small bar and a vending machine so it was a base rather than somewhere to spend time, which worked well for us. Super welcome at reception and plenty of advice when asked. Room view was great - even faced the right way for the fireworks too! Would use it again.

Slightly larger towels for a shower is the only thing I would change! Our stay was good.

The location was perfect to walk into the city centre every day, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned regularly and all facilities were clean.

The connecting rooms can be quite loud, if someone loud is on the other side and you don’t know the person staying. The breakfast can be very busy with limited tables, which you have to book but your time isn’t checked, so perhaps the system could be changed, but overall these were minor issues.

Location was good, out of the busy tourist area, but not far from it.

I need gluten free food. They provided some gluten free bread at breakfast, but it wasn't great and was a rather poor replacement for the wide range of wheat based food.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and they gave us some good advice about restaurants close to the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice.

Very quiet on corridor and breakfast was good range and readily available. Staff helpful with queries about area and helping with extras like milk for our room etc.

Little bit out from main tourist area, whilst good for being quiet a bit of a walk into main areas maybe. Had to ask a few times for tea/coffee/milk supplies in room .

The breakfast was good for a European hotel of this category. The room was nice and clean.

We expected a bit more central location based on the description and on the map. But in reality this hotel is a bit off the main touristic areas, it's on the edge of the central part of the city. It was awalk of approx 15 min to reach the main touristic area.
