Modern hotel in a great central location that was easy to get to by road. Super friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was ok and what i have come to expect from a chain hotel. The food was fresh but the choice was limited. Room was a decent size with a superb well sized shower. The bed however was very tired and needed replacing. Hotel has a very small bar in reception. Had an underground car park with decent sized parking bays.

The noise outside during the night was overwealming sometimes. However it is in the town center so noise must be expected. It did seem to be a meeting area for youths on bikes throughout the evening though. Car parking was expensive.

Fantastic location and surprisingly big car park. Super convenient. This hotel is at a stones throw from the cosy inner city and shopping streets with lots of interesting shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Super friendly staff … really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to front staff Daan (Daniel) for sharing his knowledge about Arnhem. Anthony at breakfast really cheers up his guests … a true host. really a great team ..! Will definitely recommend.

Time seems to go faster at the property .. would have loved to stay longer :-)

The bathroom was good and large and very good at the pressure of the water and good space, the space in the room, the black curtains to block out the light, the bed was ok, the free ice cubes, the best staff, electrictiy was good for plenty outlets, very comfortable chair, plenty of towels, nice with 2 free drinks incase i didnt want cleaning the 3 days i stayed.

drinks was a bit expensive, could not air out probably sinse the hotel big window was locked but it was ok with the air that came into the room from the window, a smalll tv but alot of channels. some noice from nabours but thats not the hotels fault.

Breakfast, you are specifically asked what time to have breakfast only to come down at your agreed time to utter uncontrolled carnage with two Dutch ladies fighting over one boiled egg

Nice breakfast. Really close to everything of importance in Arnhem. Friendly staff good at English. Wonderful bed. Plenty of shampoo and shower soap. Many towels. Oppurtunity to decline cleaning for the day in order to save the environment. Nice clean and quiet hotel. Opportunity to buy snacks and beverages 24/7. Plenty of tourist information in the lobby.

Would have been nice if presented with a map on paper of the inner city. It easier to get an overview that way than to use your phone. Would also have been nice to have conditioner provided by the hotel (I have long hair). More instant coffe in the room. I always like to take a coffe in my room before I go down to breakfast. Would have been nice to have been told it was a cat cafe close to the hotel. It took some time for me to discover that.

The hotel is located in the centre of Arnhem with the shopping area within two minutes walk & Central Station about 7-10 minutes. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds & everything was very clean. The staff on reception were always very friendly & helped with any queries we had.

The reason we booked a hotel in Arnhem was because it is easily accessible to travel to Nijmegen by train when participating in the 4Daags walk. We read on Booking.com that breakfast was served from 6am but when we arrived we were told that it started at 7am. This meant that we (& many others participating in the walk) would not be able to get any breakfast! The hotel was not interested at all in trying to accommodate our needs & brushed it off with ‘breakfast starts at 7am!’ A little bit of good will would have gone a long way here & some food could have been provided. After all, it is only for 4 days in one calendar year, Although the rooms were spacious, there was very little clothes space & also there was no safety deposit box.

Best experience in Holland i have ever had and i have been a lot :D. Very lovely personnel, very good breakfast and they giving voutchers for drinks if you dont use roomcleaning during your stay what was very nice touch. Specially good coffee at mornings!!! Wifi worked well. Room was not too big but enough for short stay. Lovely bathroom. My usually very grumpy son was also satisfied. In centre, walking from station 5-6 min. AH just next door and lot of restaurants to eat at evenings. we went for concert in Geirdome and everything worked out brilliant. Next morning they played music from band and manager said they do it every time when big artist is in town so thats also something i havent experienced before. Really great stay!

Outside in front of hotel was a bit messy bcoz of unsober persons visiting supermarket but thats nothing hotel can do about i guess

Very friendly helpful staff with excellent knowledge of the area.

I am not a smoker and I found that nearly every time I left or returned to the hotel there were between 1 and 8 people standing or sitting on the steps of the hotel entrance smoking. I thought it did not give a good impression of the hotel and I found it unpleasant having to walk through the smoke. Also my room was very nice but it was on the first floor and very close to the hotel entrance. Unfortunately late at night smokers gathered at the entrance and steps and the talking and shouting did get get rather loud on a few occasions. Not really a problem but I thought I would mention it as you had asked. The real problem for me was going in and out of the hotel engulfed in smoke but probably nothing you can do about it, smokers need to smoke.

Breakfast was good enough with varieties kind of bread, different fruit juice, boiled egg, scrambled egg, coffee, tea etc. Room was very clean and tidy. Specially I like the floor carpet which is very comfortable for the winter time. Air conditioning of the room was very nice. Location wise it is ideally just 5 min walk from the central station and two Indian restaurant was just 50 meter distance from the hotel. Apart from other restaurants and bars were also very close to the hotel.

No answer. Everything was fine and excellent.

Cleanliness in the room. Having an omelet at breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Luxurious double bed.

The noise of transport from the street even in the upper more expensive room facing Rozet (mopeds, a rattling truck at the unloading near the store). Perhaps rooms with windows facing the hotel courtyard do not have this problem. Hard pillows. Unfortunately, orange juice for breakfast is from concentrate, not fresh.
