Quite good place to sleep.

Swimming pool is a disaster. People walk in outdoor shoes around. You have to call to get the bathrobe and pay 5€ for that, after you paid 5€ to sit in overcrowded cold sauna. (It was just 55 degree in there, door was not closing - the lock was not holding). I paid for me and a family member to get into sauna, but she couldn’t fit in, since it was 9 people and we were already sitting on the head of each other. We didn’t get info about the bathrobe even after I made clear that we are going to the sauna, and registered that 10€ for both of us. No robes, no sleepers, no place. Pool was small and full.

Big room with desk, armchair, high floor and lots of art pieces around the hotel rooms and corridor. Comfy beds and pillows. Good shower pressure. Reception staff friendly and approachable. The location is just off the high street so everything you need to eat/drink is less than 3 min walk away. Brandeberg tor is 12 minute walk. Same for the museums. Freidrichstraße train station and underground are around the corner so very convenient all around. The hotel also let me check in two hours early for free which was very kind!

There were some ash stains on the carpet but other than that it was quite clean.

Good value for money. The location couldn't be better. The lobby is beautiful and quiet, like a hotel lobby should be. If you arrive by car (like I did), there's a parking garage right under the hotel. The rooms are quiet, practical and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice. The showers work fine, even on the top floor. The indoor pool has its own elevator and (believe it or not) the key cards actually work! You can't say that about all hotels.

I can't think of anything bad to say about this hotel, Don't miss the kebab place on Friedrichstrasse 142 (Pergamon). Best kebab in the world. If you don't want to eat in the hotel. There's also a supermarket in Friedrichstrasse station. You can reach both on foot in two minutes. From Friedrichstrasse station you can go anywhere in Berlin.

I liked the location of the hotel, close to the S-bahn and U-bahn stations and also close to Museum Island and other attractions. Breakfast was great with a good range of cereals (including gluten free muesli), toppings, fruits, yogurt, bread, cheese, made-to-order eggs/omelet, tea, coffee, juices, etc. The room is quiet when the windows are closed.

The room was not cleaned during my 5 day stay. The carpets and toilet were not cleaned. Only the towels were changed, windows opened, beds quickly made and sink counter quickly wiped. I was in the room one day when this was done and all this was completed in around 2 minutes! Advance payment for the 5 day stay was also asked for at check-in (not check-out).

The hotel is very well positioned, close to many of Berlin's attraction points - and also very close to the subway, bus, tram and train stations. We travelled from and to the airport directly by train, which was very convenient. Rooms are a bit bigger than average for the price, with decent storage space and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are generally equipped with bathtub, which we greatly appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. We had a great stay and would gladly return.

There are two things that would have made or stay perfect: better pillows (the ones we had were extremely soft and did not provide any neck support even when stacked) and a more thorough cleaning of the bathtub fixtures, which had limescale deposits, despite the otherwise good cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The location was really good. It was a really good price for what you got with it. Rooms were clean and the staff was really nice in helping.

The swimming pool area was pretty outdated and the elevator to the pool smelled a bit musty...

Breakfast was excellent! Location was also excellent, a 5-minute walk from one of the main train stations (with direct links to the airport) and within nice walking distance to key sights and monuments. Easy access to public transport for transfer to areas around Berlin.

The rooms were quite dated. Mattresses were ok but pillows were too flat and hence affected the sleep. There was an espresso machine in the room but a kettle would have been very useful too. Having two separate single beds or bunk beds would also have been preferred rather than a sofa bed.

room was as expected for size and amenities. spacious enough without being exceptionally large. very clean and felt modern. the hotel was a good location, fairly central for our needs, close enough to the museum island and public transport links. breakfast was good, would recommend including in your booking, takes the guess work out of finding early morning cafes locally. the choice was excellent, continental, cooked cereals, hot coffee, couldn't ask for more.

there was a loud hissing sound coming from the bathroom audio speakers and I could not work out how to turn it off.

A couple of hundred metres from the major transport hub of Friedrichstraße station makes moving around the city easy. The room itself is comfortable, but the bathroom, as in most hotels, leaves a lot to be desired especially for more elderly people. And while the idea of making housekeeping more environmentally friendly is good, it also means that on days when it does not happen, supplies of teabags, coffee etc in the rooms do not get replenished. The breakfast buffet is excellent and caters to most I should think, and, should you wish, you could eat enough to last the day.

The bathroom - insufficient supports for climbing into and out of the bath, which has to be done as the shower is in the bath. Lighting for shaving, and I presume make-up, is poor and the shaving mirror just takes up space for no obvious purpose.

It had a mini fridge to put your beers in. It was very clean, the wash facilities were great. The cleaning staff did great work in the rooms the young lad on reception was expecily helpfull and spoke good English. The pool/leisure facility's were amazing. The location is right around the corner from central station to see any sites you wanted and only 700m from the Brandenburg gate well done I would 💯 return

The sauna was a bit weird as it was full of naked old men. But nevertheless less it is a great facility to have.
