Exceptional Experience at V Hotel Dubai! From the moment I arrived, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was immaculate with a stunning view of the city, and the amenities were top-notch—everything you’d expect from a Hilton and more. Especially loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool area was a perfect place to unwind, and the location made it easy to explore all that Dubai has to offer. A huge thank you to the entire team for making stay truly memorable. Definitely be back!

Everything was really great and my 8 year old daughter and I had a great stay there. The rooms were cleaned every day, we had a great pool, a good breakfast with great service, a very good sports complex and good massage services.

We had a good stay and because we were there for a long time, we got to know almost all the staff, but due to the harassment and rudeness and disrespect of one of the guards, who I think was a guard at the Hilton Hotel, named Ahmed, I changed my hotel and went to the Sheraton JBR. Even once, when I used the door of the Hilton Hotel to get in and out due to the crowd at the entrance of the hotel, when I got on the elevator, the elevator attendant rudely kicked me out.

dear v hotel team , i worked as a cabin crew for more than 6 years i went to many hotels in different countries, this hotel is The best ! starting from the location in the heart off dubai near to the downtown, jumirah and dubai palm , the staff is amazing they are always there for you , ready to deal with any order in a highly professional ways , reception , concierge , restaurant , and housekeeping teams they are fully trained in highly professional standards room dining is just amazing delicious and always on time ! room decoration and the staff response for any special request and celebration was un believable a big thanks to all off the team !

The breakfast was fine.A big variety of different things,Chicken sausages,fresh omelettes,turkey bacon and mortadella etc. There was no almond milk for the coffee.There wasn’t any cold coffee.Freddo cappuccino or espresso.No arabic coffee.Only machine coffee.And no bottled mineral water sparkling or non sparkling But,ok.No problem. And there were not any all bran plus.Also,there wasn’t any goat’s yogurt..There was pinneapple,watermelon and one day grapefruit.It would be nice to have a bigger variety of fruits,like grapes,strawberries,apples,berries.I .But,the breakfast was among our expectations.Too many different things to eat from different cultures.

The hotel is absolutely stunning — truly unparalleled in its beauty, with a great variety of restaurants and swimming pools that made my stay incredibly enjoyable I would like to give special thanks to the amazing staff member (Kyawt)who kindly upgraded my room and offered me a very spacious and exceptional suite. Her professionalism and warm hospitality made a big difference in my experience. Thank you once again for making my stay so memorable. wishing you continued success and all the best! I truly enjoyed my stay at the V Hotel during the last week of February, 2024. Henk, Ajay took care of any request, questions, baggage and transportation needs that I had. The facility itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and modern. I enjoyed my canal view. I’d also like to thank Rashmi who assisted me during breakfast. There is no question on where I will be staying during my next visit to Dubai. It will be the V Hotel.

I think more information should have been offered in terms of hotel areas that are accessible to all guest at the hotel vs those that are limited to certain guess and on nearby, walking distance attractions, i.e. La Perle.

Everything was perfect , Check-in and Check-out process was smooth and fast (special thanks to Kym from the reception desk) for her excellent customer service skills and her professionalism. The room was big enough with a beautiful design and decor, the room is equipped with all the necessary amenities. ( Special thanks to the house keeping lady) I have ordered more than once from the room dining, and the food was great ,delicious, hot, and delivered before the said time( mixed grill and cold Mazza not to be missed!) When I needed a thing from the hotel all the staff wanted to help( really something you will notice it) thank you Romany from the reception desk team for his support with my room keys The Elevator waiting time was less than 30 seconds most of time ( great). All the staff were perfect and exceeded my expectation, well organized trained team, and that reflects the hotel great management Thank you and looking forward to visit you again
