The hotel is well located near Triangle station, making it easy and convenient to travel to other areas. The Old Town is also just a short walk away. The facilities are pleasant, and the breakfast is very good, though it can get crowded around 8:30 AM due to the hotel’s size going around 7:30 AM is recommended. Rooms on the upper floors offer great views, with a panoramic look over the entire city.

Some of the hotel floors have not yet been refurbished. However, there’s no indication during the booking process to let you know whether you’re getting a newly renovated room or an older one. This was a bit disappointing, as we ended up with an older room and would have happily paid more for a modern one if we had known. While the older room was still decent, it was clearly dated and quite worn.

It has a very nice location. Breakfast was great!!

In the conference rooms it was incredibly cold. There were 14 degrees outside and the AC was on. When asked to turn on the heat, they said it’s impossible, they can just turn off the AC. When going back to my room after freezing for hours at the conference I called the reception to ask if the heat can be turned on a bit. They said they cannot do that but they can provide an extra blanket. The room lacks a lot of amenities for a 4 star hotel (they were indeed not listed). No fridge in the room.

Very friendly staff! The room was way bigger than expected, clean, comfortable and one of the best breakfast spreads I've ever seen at a hotel. The location is very convenient, being minutes away from the train station, and attached to a large shopping centre. If we ever come back to Malmö, I'd want to make sure I stay here again!

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you have to go down to reception when rooms start at floor 5...

Location is great - close to trainstation going to copenhagen, close to every thing in Malmö, great shopping mall in the next building and a very convenient parking as well. The view - we stayed on top floor, the view is amazing. Bed was comfortable and in general the interior was in good condition. Room was good size

Bit of a queue to the elevator. No proper shelfs to put stuff in. Doors to adjacent rooms - they were locked but bit odd. No fridge.

Highly recommend the Scandic Triangeln .It is a beautiful place to stay in Malmo. We had a room on the 12th floor with amazing views of Christmassy colourful streets of Malmo. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.We could check in an hour early after long hours exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious with many various options. If some day I will be back to Malmo I will definitely stop in Scandic Triangeln again ☺️The place where I feel so cosy and comfortable .

The hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday.

Great location - easy to arrive by car and park quite centrally (parking in the underground garage - 24hours for 200SEK). Only 10-15min walk to the old town. Wide breakfast choice. Gym & sauna included in the price and always open, btw situated on the 20th floor, so the view is really great. Our room was really spacy and with a view towards the city center.

Well, the hotel is not new anymore and it starts to be really visible - scratches on the switches, doors, closets...Also a good revision of towels would be nice, one of ours had a hole and unwashed makeup stain.

We stayed for 7 nights as a family of 4 and would undoubtedly book again. We loved the spacious rooms, the comfortable beds, the view over the city, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the delicious and varied breakfast, and the location.

Only the aircondition was something I couldn't control and it was sometimes slightly too cool or too warm.

Hotel situated just South of the city centre. Car parking right below the hotel and reachable from the -1 floor. From the outside looking a little outdated maybe but from the inside all ok. Family room for 4 persons was very spacious. Just as everything in Scandinavia not very cheap but I would say definitely worth for money, especially since breakfast is included. Personnel very friendly, especially staff at the breakfast buffet!

Our family room had a double bed and a converible sleeper sofa. Bed was very good, sleeper sofa of somewhat less quality Breakfast buffet extensive but since we took a late breakfast shift it happened that some things finished... these were eventually being resupplied but this took sometimes quite some time

Great location, great value for your money, awesome breakfast buffet, very accessible by bus, train and car (though the connected public garage charges $25 per 24h), very helpful and polite staff. As we travel with an infant we requested a crib and a fridge for the room which was provided.

Let me start by saying that we usually don’t have any issues, and stay here on average 10 nights per year. This time we asked for early check in and got our room around 12:30pm instead of 3pm. As we put down a blanket on the floor for our baby to play on we found big glass shards on the floor. After notifying the reception they sent a cleaner who vacuumed the floor but after she left we found another piece of glass. We felt that we had to thoroughly search the floor ourselves before we felt OK letting our baby play on the blanket. The beds are a bit too firm for me and my wife. I think you can request softer beds, or used to be able to, but we forgot this time.

We have stayed at the Scandic Triangeln before and think the location is excellent. The range and quality of the food at breakfast is high but negotiating around the buffet is awkward when it is busy. They asked us to nominate a time for breakfast but this did not seem to ensure a smooth experience.

The air quality in the room is something that I find uncomfortable over time. Personally I will only stay one or two nights if I come again. I struggled to make the over-bath shower work but the slow fill of the bath made that option unbearably slow!
