Clean, friendly, smelled good at all times. Pool was clean. Kids said the breakfast was good. I did not get up for it! 😁 Overall great stay, and I will definitely stay again for our next vacation.

They told me they had no more toilet paper when I asked the day before I left. (We had 3 rolls over a 6 day period for 3 people. I had to buy my own. )

It was close to where my daughter lives and restaurants and shopping. Close to the Jacksonville Zoo. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful in fixing a door latch that was missing.

One of the beds didn't have a bed frame so the box springs and mattress were on the floor. The security lock was missing part of the lock. The maintenance guy fixed it the next day.

The gentleman working the front desk worked 7am - 11pm every day of our trip and he was kind, professional, personable and made sure we had what we needed when we came to him for random things. Our first night I came down and bought a cup of noodles from the little store by the desk and when I realized I didn't have any eating utensils I went back down with hopes that he could point me in the direction of an open store (it was after 10pm) and he happily went in the back and got me a fork instead of sending me out. We were a large group of 9 and while we weren't loud or distributive we can be a lot when we are all in a group together talking to you and he engaged us every time, not importantly I have a special needs sister who took a liking to him and he was ALWAYS very kind and engaging with her. The website gave a clear warning that they were doing construction well before I booked, I was fine with that and we knew we'd be gone all day each day anyways, on and all 4 days I heard absolutely nothing from the work happening on the floor right above mine so we either always missed it or they kept their promise to be as undisruptive as possible.

My place to stay when I travel there.

There was always hot coffee 24hra. Bathroom was updated but theShower doors kept sliding open. I had to use a washcloth to keep it shut. Something changed but still worthy.

The room size was nice. I loved having a couch/desk area for alternate places to sit and we could spread out without having to sit/lay on the beds.

Parking is limited. We felt like we couldn't leave or there wouldn't be a place to park when we returned.

I liked the size of my room and the bathroom was very clean. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and could answer all my questions right away.

I would've liked a more extensive and fresher breakfast like for example sliced fruits, yogurt in a bowl and various types of cereals to start the day off healthier.

Very comfortable one night stay for 5 people. We enjoyed the breakfast on our way to our final destination. I would stay again. Bonus: family reunion people there were so lovely! I hope you all made it home safely!!

Smelled clean as soon as you walked in. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was kind and attentive. pool was clean.

Breakfast starts an hour later on the weekends.

Breakfast marginal as I am diabetic so there was little there I could safely eat. Too much bread.

Room was basic and clean. Had a couch and a desk, but no chair for the desk.

The property seem very clean and well maintained. My room had its own microwave/ mini refrigerator/ coffee maker. Loved all of this in my room during my work trip. The breakfast provided is fresh and good. The breakfast area is very well cleaned. All personnel in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Only fact the wending machine at times would not dispense the drinks. But this is not the Hotel property. It's the venders responsibility.
