I liked the design of the hotel and the rooms. It's cosy and colorful. Visually enjoyable. The location is great. Free chairs and tent on the beach. Amenities in the room were great.

The pricing model is misleading. Get ready to pay 35% more than the listed price.

the door to our bathroom didn’t fully shut and lock and also didn’t stay open with out a towel holding it in place. luckily that wasn’t the biggest issue for us. also could some extra drawers as three of us struggled to have a place for each of us to set up and unpack

Fourth time staying at Circa 39. One block over from the beach, with free access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Great pool open once the beach chair provider closes at 5pm. Great staff, nice rooms with fridges and a safe. Fantastic place for running to the beach to watch sunrise, then heading back to bed for another hour or two.

The bath robes in the rooms are a little on the smaller side (I'm only 6'0), but my wife finds them funny on me. We purchased rooms with the breakfast included and the menu was on the smaller side. There were only five options (fruit platter, eggs, yogurt, etc); it was not the full menu the restaurant has nor was it a continental buffet. You were only able to order one item. The orange juice was very good, but no latte's included, only brewed coffee.

-The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner -Our room was noisy due to the multiple air-condition units on the outside wall (maybe a room with pool view doesn't have this problem) -You can't open the windows (pretty much anywhere in Florida) (Overall there was no big red flag : ) )

The parking lot that was suggested was $54 per night BUT there is a city garage within 5 minute walk that is only $8.00 for 24 hours! It is city garage #6 at 42nd St and Sheridan Ave.

Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival, the staff members were amazing and very helpful, they made our stay very smooth and pleasent! It was very handy that the hotel provided a second set of towels for the beach. The kitchen was fine as well, the variety of dishes was not the biggest, but the dishes offered were cooked really well, with a good balance of value and cost. And I should mention that the pool area is amazingly good as well. Very comfortable, the water is clean and refreshing. Also as an additional note we liked that the place has its own unique "color" in terms of interior design and decorations. Very cosy and it helped a lot during a heavy rain to keep up the miami vibes.

I think that dishes that are served in jules kitchen are very good, however they are served with souses in plastic containers, that looks a bit out of place... If you can replace it with ceramic or glass it would be much better. All the plugs are located on one side of the bed, it is not convenient if you travel with someone. Would be nice to have the plugs at both sides of the bed. Also, the hotel provides a card of partners that gives you a beach chair and an umbrella. The chairs are comfortable and the staff of a partner company is very nice, but they are closing at 5pm. This is the time when you can still enjoy the sun and the beach. I saw other companies were offering service till 7pm, which makes much more sense.

Perfect location, a walk away from the beach/boardwalk, around the corner is a CVS, many cafes/eateries in the area (crema is amazing). I arrived earlier than the check in time and they let me leave my bags and my room was ready earlier than expected. I was also able to store my bags for the day until my flight at night. Big king bed that was very comfy, spacious room, cute outdoor garden area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if im in Miami! The surrounding area itself is safe. Staff was great.

I'm used to having black out curtains in the room, wasn't an issue but just a note to bring an eye mask if light bothers you coming in the room.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Both at the front desk and during breakfast, the team behind the bar in the morning was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—right in front of the beach. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there is a very affordable option just around the corner. Another great perk is the beach service, which was a fantastic bonus! The room is quite small—to the point where it's difficult to open a suitcase—but the hotel itself, while slightly older, is impeccably maintained. The dedication of the staff to making guests feel comfortable truly makes up for any shortcomings. I would definitely return without hesitation!

The location was great, it was close to some good restaurants and only a block from the beach. The pool area was very nice! We loved the interior design of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. We had both breakfast and lunch at the hotel and it was delicious. The Happy Hour is amazing, we really recommend the tapas menu (not to be confused with spanish tapas as the portions at Circa 39 are big!)

We really liked the hotel in general but the view from our room was to a boring narrow backyard…but of course we could have paid a bit more to have a room with better view ;)

The hotel and staff were great. We stayed in the courtyard, in a quiet and clean room. The beach was just across the street, so we took advantage of our location to see the sunrise a few mornings. Collins Street, however, was very busy and under a lot of construction, which made it feel too much like a city for my taste. I would have preferred a less congested area.

I was uncomfortable with the request to sign a waiver absolving the hotel of responsibility for my valuables, which made me feel unsafe leaving the cleaning staff unsupervised in my room. Consequently, we opted out of housekeeping services. Additionally, the beach chairs were worn out and not very comfortable.
